Our 1st Annual

Spring Bazaar and BBQ Saturday, May 16th

The Spring Bazaar is this Saturday and

there are lots of last minute things to do! Please take a look at the list below to see

where you can help!

BBQ Chicken Plate Ticket pre-sales - it isn’t too late to get your tickets and they will also be available at the door Saturday (Come see us under the breeze-way - don’t forget to turn in your money for the tickets you have sold and return any unsold tickets)

Silent and Live Auction items needed

Monetary donations for chickens

Baked goods for BBQ Chicken plates - remember to slice and individually wrap

Baked goods for the Bake Shop - please label and price

Handmade items for the Craft Shop - please price
