The AerWay TITAN CTS is a completely integrated tillage implementthat combines the AerWay SHATTERTINE® - leading technology with SoilWave™ Coulters to size and mix residue along with the Double Row 14” Harrow Baskets which break up lumps and firm upthe soil. The separate swing arm adjustments for the SHATTERTINESand SoilWave™ Coulters lets the user choose the degree of compaction relief, cultivation and residue sizing and incorporation.

CUTTING COULTER ASSEMBLY• 5/8” continuous wave height design. As the blade wears, the wave height and soil action do not change, and the blade maintains its aggressive action.

• 20” SoilWave™ Coulters on 7.5” centers, with 3 working Angles of 0, -1.5°, and -3°.

ROLLING BASKET PACKAGE (Standard)14” Double Rolling Baskets• 14” Double Rolling Baskets break up soil lumps, incorporate and firm up the soil. They can penetrate up to 2” fracturing and mixing the soil.

3 Bar Coil Tines with 14” Single Roller (Optional)• Coil tine rows are staggered to provide a mix and stir action, helping break up lumps and improving residue flow through the harrow. The trailing roller further fractures, mixes and crumbles the soil up to two inches deep firming the seed bed.
