The Bradford Estate accommodates one wedding at a time. We provide a five-hour reception and can host up to 210 guests.

Centerpieces This will be the greatest cost saver a bride could be offered. Our custom designed centerpieces replace floral

arrangements, saving brides an average of $6,500. Use this extra savings to hire the best DJs and bands and the best of all a top tier venue.

Champagne GreetingAs your guests enter our cocktail space, they will be greeted with chilled sparkling wine.

Premium Open BarProfessionally trained mixologists will create unique cocktails customized for each guest, featuring our premium liquors. Our bar package offers a variety of over 18 international and domestic wines and an assortment of over

24 beers, all accompanied by fresh squeezed fruit juices, assorted sodas, and sparkling waters.

The TV monitors over the bar allows your guests to see a montage of your favorite engagement and family photos.

The open kitchen creates an interactive guest experience as the chefs prepare your station items fresh to order.

Fresh flower bud vases, votive candles, and elegant table linens provided for cocktail hour tables.

Serene Bridal Suite with your own bridal attendant upon arrival.

The Game Room features a 72 inch TV, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, pool table, shuffle board, foosball table, and so

Our suites are designed to accommodate the needs of today’s couples. We feature full length

mirrors, natural lighting shining through picturesque windows, comfortable seating for even the

largest of wedding parties, a private bathroom, stunning makeup vanity, and elegant, custom

furniture pieces. This spectacular space was designed with the intention of emphasizing the feeling

of joy and serenity that every couple should have on their wedding day.

Our suites and game room enhance and continue the elegance and fun of a wedding here at The Bradford Estate!

Drinks and Food to include:

$2500 for the day starting at 11am

(If couple needs to arrive before 11am, will be charged on a per hour basis of $450 per hour)
