The Lehmann Mansion was built over 100 years ago as a summer

home by E.J. Lehmann, a successful innovator who earned much

of his wealth with his creation of the Fair Store in Chicago. The

Lehmann Mansion is set on 60 scenic acres and has been lovingly

restored - The grandeur of the Mansion is reflected in the rich oak

woodwork and the original fixtures (where possible) were retained

to maintain it’s historical integrity and charm.

For your convenience and comfort, dressing rooms are provided

on the second floor for the bridal party, and ample restrooms on

the main floor for all your guests.

An outdoor, picturesque wedding ceremony location is

courtyard for your cocktail

courtyard featuring original garden

The year-round, heated and air

conditioned, clear-span tent featuring chandeliers, ceiling

Package Pricing Includes:

Venue Rental: Mansion for six hours*, scenic grounds,

paved parking, Also includes four season, air conditioned

and heated tent with 66” round tables and white wood

padded garden chairs for guest seating in the tent.

Cocktail Reception: Chef’s choice gourmet passed

appetizers and a 4.5 hour open bar.

Seated Dinner: Champagne toast poured as guests enter

tent; featuring a delicious chicken entrée and gourmet coffee

station. Vegetarian and children’s options available.

Elegant Table Settings: Floor length solid color linens for

the bridal, cake, place card, coffee station and guest tables.

Includes glassware, polished stainless silverware, white china

and folded linen napkins.

Event Professionals: Friendly service team, bartenders,

porters and chefs to set up, serve and take down six hour

rental with a standard set-up. Pricing also includes gratuity.
