Erwin Schöpges, President of the European Milk Board (EMB), willpresent the “Market Responsibility Programme” compiled by theEuropean Milk Board and the German Dairy Farmers' Association.
The Market Responsibility Programme is a programme designed tohelp prevent milk market imbalances in the EU milk sector bymonitoring and responding to indicators of possible marketimbalances.

Presentation of the final report of the Task Force Rural Africa
Tom Arnold, Chair of the Task Force Rural Africa, will present thefinal report of the Task Force providing recommendations on howto strengthen Europe’s partnership with the African food andfarming sectors. Commissioner Phil Hogan and Josefa Sacko,Commissioner for Rural Economy and Agriculture of the AfricanUnion Commission (AUC), will also attend the meeting and addressthe Committee on this issue.
