FRAGRANCE CRAFT
A team building sensation that challenges the olfactory senses.
Signature ‘scents’ are big business. But behind the glossy ads are teams of professional alchemists, experimenting with all manner of exotic extracts to capture the essence of their celebrity endorsers.
Perfumery is an emotive business; teams will work swiftly and efficiently, carefully choosing ingredients with a range of moods and character traits. Successful teams will understand the world from their customer’s
perspective, aiming to produce both a new fragrance and an associated targeted marketing campaign to a tight deadline.
CIRCUS SKILLS WORKSHOPForget Coco the Clown, performing poodles and the lion tamer. This is Urban Circus – an upbeat, fast-moving,
motivational and challenging event where delegates work together to discover hidden talents, so that on return to work, they approach tasks and projects with an invigorated and infectiously positive attitude.
Our professional circus performers open the show with an edgy and entertaining demonstration whilst The Ringmaster engages the audience and announces that with the right mental attitude,
they too will soon be performing many of the acts they have just seen.
RHYTHM & BEAT WORKSHOP
Participants work closely together to develop their drumming and sense of rhythm. Using different musical techniques, the group finds their individual style by choosing from a variety of instruments
from the surdo and agogo bell to shakers and big drums.
This team building activity can be run as a competition with teams performing head-to-head at the grand finale before performing as one big band, a dramatic climax to any corporate event!
DINING IN THE DARKThis one-of-a-kind dining experience will be a
combination of fine food, inspiring music, and a story that ties everything together. You’ll laugh, you’ll enjoy, and working with your team you will guess what you are eating, overcome table top team building
challenges as you focus on the food and each other.

COCKTAIL MAKING WORKSHOPEach team will have their own purpose built bar and will be trained by an experienced and knowledgeable Mixologist.
Each comes complete with a selection of all of the popular Cocktail ingredients including liquers, fruit juices, fresh fruit, mixers and of course, plenty of ice.
Having learned a few tricks and created a selection of the favourites -Cosmopolitans, Mojitos, Margheritas, teams will be tasked with creating their very own Cocktails in a head to head challenge judged by our Mixoligst.
Points will be awarded for style, taste, name, originality etc - with prizes for the best bartender and the winning team
LIP SYNC BATTLEEvery single one of your guests can participate and no pre-event preparation is required. We’ve developed a ‘mass lip
sync battle’ that has everyone busting moves, with the most entertaining being selected for the final showdown. Alternatively, you can pre-select a handful of your most outrageous employees, executives or guests to battle it out.
Lip Syncing can be done to the original hit recording, or backed by an all-star SongDivision band, who are there to deliver you a full night of entertainment:

PIZZA CHALLENGEIt’s official: pizza is the single most popular food in all the world. There are a million ways to make it, and almost as many
ways to enjoy it. Now this delectable dish also provides the perfect vehicle for a fun, festive and delicious hands-on culinary team building experience.
The Ultimate Pizza Challenge program teaches communication and leadership skills.
Our team will divide everyone into groups as you ease into two or three hours of friendly competition. As always, creativity and originality are essential ingredients!
After everyone gets to sample each unique pizza, one team will be crowned champions.
PUMPKIN CARVINGDid you know that Halloween has climbed right up the holiday charts and is now the second most popular holiday, second only to Christmas? Celebrating Halloween at work appeals to the child in each of us and helps to develop
creative, imaginative, and motivated team members in the work culture.
Pumpkin Carving team building events range from the traditional “jack-o-lantern” style, to brilliant and imaginative works of art. Pumpkin carving/sculpting has been a tradition in America for decades, and accompanies one of the most creative
and whimsical holidays, Halloween. Between costumes, candy and the frightfully fun tradition of trick-or-treating, Halloween can’t be beat!After learning this exciting craft you will have a chance to try your hand at carving before
our discerning panel of judges decide who’s carving is best!
ICE CREAM CHALLENGE When everyone is ready to begin, your group will be divided into competitive teams of 4 to 6 participants. Participants must
leave their team to gain expertise in one specific ice cream making skill including recipe basics, waffle cone making, equipment instructions, and marketing.
Teams must then bring together their new skills and develop a brand new ice cream flavor.
Later, teams must present their new flavor to the panel of judges and one team will be recognized as the Ice Cream Challenge champions. However, all participants are winners as they enjoy their ice cream and homemade waffle cones
during the awards ceremony. This is a sweet team bonding challenge you won’t forget!
GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFFAfter a short introduction and demonstration, the chef will challenge the teams to make
a variety of bakery and pastry items. Teams will then go head to head and against the clock to make,bake and ice a selection of goods taken from the following categories:
Fermented - Traditional Loaves, Selection of Dinner Rolls, 8 Tea Cakes, 12 Iced Buns, Continental BreakStar Bake - Seasonal Tart, Biscuits and Tray Bakes, 12 Scones, 12 Sausage Rolls
Technical - Baked Custards, Mille Feuille, 12 MacaroonsShowstopper - Gingerbread House, 2 tier Celebration Cake, Strawberry Fraisier, 24 Iced Cupcakes
Our chef will judge each category awarding points for creativity, skill and taste and penalising teams for underbaked goods or split custards.
IPAD TREASURE HUNT
Go Team is a state-of-the-art GPS enabled treasure hunt application that enables real time interactivity in a live team building environment anywhere in the world.
Accommodating any number of teams, Go Team incorporates GPS triggered mini missions, bespoke and location based questions, team picture contests, live interaction from our trail controller and QR code activated tasks.
