About Our Rates How does the rate chart work?

Each event shows the rates for different size groups. Simply find the correct column for your group size,

and multiply that rate times the number of people in your group. That’s it! No other fees, taxes or charges

(unless we’re traveling or doing custom work).

What if my group is smaller or larger than what’s listed?

In most cases, if your group is under a certain size then a flat rate applies.

If your group is over 300, we will provide you with a custom rate. Give us a call- it will only take a moment.

Why are your rates so good?

Because we’re actually based right here in Atlanta. Our rates are not padded to include the cost of flying in

staff and materials for every event. You get a fully facilitated event for much less than the out-of-town com-

panies, who often pretend that they’re local.

We work hard to make sure that all of our programs help teams be better than ever, while still

being fun. But different events have a different amount of fun, content, interaction, and activity.

Here are the four main categories our events are grouped by:

TEAM SKILLS: High content workshops. Pages

These programs are delivered in a workshop format. Participants learn information

on collaboration, brainstorming, etc. then engage in small group discussions and

application exercises. We also incorporate some fun hands-on projects to ensure

that people are fully involved and enjoying the process.

These events are all about having fun while being creative, competitive, and outra-

geous. Some are very active, some are mostly seated, but all of them are a great

time. The goal is to spark a team’s enthusiasm, refresh them after a long meeting,

Personal Strengths Profiles

This in-depth training and development workshop includes a

full analysis of each participants' personal HBDI thinking

styles profile, giving them valuable information about how

they communicate, learn, handle stress and more. As a team,

they will learn how to combine their unique strengths to brain-

storm, solve problems, and implement decisions more effec-

tively than ever. We cover a lot of content, but deliver it in a

4 Hours Team Coaching

Team coaching is a unique and custom combination of

a kick-off workshop, in person and virtual follow up ses-

sions, and individual support. This multi-faceted ap-

proach spread out over regular intervals helps the

Collaboration Improv

In this fun and high energy event, teams learn specific skills

for team collaboration and brainstorming through a series of

Exploring Teamwork

Utilizing our app-based learning system, participants journey

through our teamwork skills course both mentally and physi-

cally. Participants find different hotspots around the room,

hotel, or even outdoors. Once a hotspot is found, the app

Domino Effect

Each table-team is provided with an assortment of various

materials, instructions, and design parameters. They will use

their materials to build a section of the Domino Effect that will

be triggered by the previous team and will then kick-start the

next team. Once started, the effect must carry across every

team’s table uninterrupted, despite the different requirements

given to each team. This is a great metaphor for the need to

synchronize efforts across functions.

Movin’ On Up

Teams make the tallest tower they can while dealing with an

abundance of changes from the customer. Teams need to

make quick decisions while also keeping accurate records of

costs and profits. Each team is responsible for their own pro-

ject, but the city council will only approve the project if every

team meets the design requirements. Will your team support

each other or go it alone? An important lesson in the need to

break out of silos and engage with other functions.

Bridging The Gap

Teams build bridges from a selection of everyday materials.

However, each team’s bridge must also link up with another

team. Teams must also stay under budget and complete their

section before the deadline. Each bridge must pass a rigor-

ous strength test, and then all of the bridges are tested for

alignment and synchronization. This game challenges team

vision and planning when confronted with a multi-team task.

Apollo XIII

Teams must build a device that can connect two differently

shaped “air filters” aboard the infamous spaceship out of an

assortment of materials, while under a very tight timeline. But

once built, the step by step instructions must be successfully

communicated to their team mates who are stuck in “outer

space.” Teams will need to communicate details clearly and

effectively, while trying to solve a problem from two directions

at once.

Driven To Succeed

In this fun, hands-on teamwork activity, teams design and

build a vehicle from an assortment of materials. They must

meet certain design parameters while staying within their

budget. Then their vehicle will compete against other teams

to try and outperform them and earn the biggest bonus. But

the client has some needs that will not be met if teams stay in

their organizational silos. Team take-aways focus on how to

solve problems in a group, and work collaboratively.

Catapult To Success

In this fun, hands-on catapult team building, teams try to de-

liver an assortment of products to various client locations.

Products and locations have different rewards and different

risks. Teams must design and build their delivery system, and

then determine which opportunities are the best option for

their team. But the client wants complete coverage, so all of

the teams will need to collaborate and orchestrate their efforts

to be successful in this teamwork activity.

Teams of 5-11 people construct a project that will be donated

to a local children’s charity. Teams must organize the differ-

ent functions of engineering, inventory, and assembly, while

dealing with different restrictions on their communication and

departmental movements. This program effectively merges

teamwork skills and breaking down silos in the workplace with

a meaningful charity team building event.

This immersive and inspiring charity scavenger hunt will help

participants connect with each other, their surroundings and a

higher purpose; driving a collaborative, expansive and con-

scious mindset. Armed with an iPad loaded with our award-

winning software, teams are challenged to complete a whole

range of multimedia tasks to score points that translate into

donations given to organizations around the world. A great

CSR option in an office scavenger hunt!

In this incredibly fun event, each team sponsors a shelter pet

and tries to find it a new home. Teams will produce and post

a video, then promote the video in hopes of finding the pet a

permanent owner. They will also work as a team to assemble

a pet adoption kit to help the new owner welcome their new

addition into their home. This charity team building activity is

a great mix of teamwork, service, creativity, and morale

boosting.

World of Giving Hunt Pet Rescue

This corporate social responsibility activity helps your group

practice teamwork skills while providing needed food in the

community. Teams of 8-10 people receive a wide assortment

of materials and non-perishable food items which they use to

design and build their own miniature golf hole. Teams then

take turns playing the other teams’ holes as they rate them.

At the end of the food drive team building, the group packs

Puppets For Hospital Kids

One of the best ways to build morale and get people working

together to is work on something bigger than the team. Each

team of 8 people will build a unique high-quality puppet, AND

a short video, AND a short inspirational book about their char-

acter. These packages will then be delivered to a child bat-

tling a health crisis in a hospital or other care facility.

Charity Networking

Participants work through a series of challenges to earn do-

nation items. Each table fill a gift bag or back pack to be do-

Toy Raiders

Teams of 8-10 participants work their way through the arche-

ological site of an ancient temple to obtain the parts for a

child’s toy. The challenges are a combination of proven tab-

letop problem-solving initiatives and mental challenges that

will help your team identify optimum teamwork skills. At the

end of the charity team building, each team will assemble

their toy and get it ready to donate. The goal of donating a toy

is a great metaphor for staying focused on the big picture.

Teams try to earn points by correctly answering trivia, com-

Murder Mystery Dinner

Our murder mystery is a great way to liven up your dinner,

cocktail hour or reception while maintaining a teamwork com-

ponent. Nine of your participants become characters for the

mystery, without needing to memorize a single line. Everyone

in the room works in small groups to solve clues, answer triv-

ia and complete other challenges. In order to win, a team will

Furious Birds

In Furious Birds, teams demonstrate their creativity, tenacity
