How many of us have imagined what it would be like to be on the BBC’s The Apprentice? How many of us have also shouted at the TV, “I could do so much better than these amateurs”. Well, now’s your chance to put those claims to the test! Forget Lord Sugar, on The Ultimate Apprentice - Sir Castor Demerara is calling the shots, deciding who to hire and who will be getting the dreaded boardroom dressing down and shown the exit.
Ready, steady, cook! Working under pressure can be an incredibly effective way for teams to discover their strengths and limitations. What better way to add pressure than to introduce culinary tasks into a Team Building exercise!
A great fun day with many challenges and tasks following a similar format to the TV version, Ultimate Apprentice can be tailored to meet the exact needs of your business. Delegates will be split into teams, briefed, given budgets and tasks to complete under the watchful eye of Sir Castor. Those volunteering to be project manager do so at their own risk!
A day of laughter, competitive spirit, team building and management skills awaits those who sign up for Ultimate Apprentice. We can also film the action so delegates can watch themselves in action at the end of the event.
The Culinary Challenge offers a fun, practical style of Team Building, allowing your team to work together through a number of activities, igniting their imaginations and getting everyone together to achieve a shared goal.
Teams will compete through a series of culinary tasks to earn points to see who can come top of the Culinary Challenge leader board. Gordon Ramsay eat your heart out!

When we are all busy working hard, delivering results on a daily basis, it can be hard to find time to take a step back and see ‘The Big Picture’. This team building experience is designed to help you understand where you fit in your organisations overall objectives - it’s like you are an integral piece of the metaphorical jigsaw!
We all love a tricky brainteaser from time to time. One that stimulates, challenges and inspires you. Well, this team building session is designed to do all these things, while working together as a team. Featuring ‘life-size’ brainteaser puzzles, these mind-benders will push your team’s combined brain power to the limits. It’s challenging, but lots of fun at the same time.
Our tailor-made interactive experiences are built wholly with your team building goals in mind, which will see teams take part in a number of activities to earn points to buy the materials required to complete the penultimate challenge.
The final activity sees all teams collaborate to place their piece of the jigsaw to achieve a common vision.
A bit of a sister, indoor option to our Ultimate Puzzle Zone session, here teams will discover their strengths as well as understand their limitations better in an environment that will bring people together and celebrate communication and teamwork.

Houston, we have a problem… NASA is calling and YOU are the world’s most prestigious space agency’s last hope to launch some vital communication satellites. Are you ready for the challenge? You and your team must work quickly and efficiently, pulling together all of your skills to design, build and launch a rocket – all under time restrictions and with limited resources.
Because of this diversity in the workplace, we have to work at maintain and developing our team dynamics. Drawing on a rich variety of resources, this unique experiential learning exercise explores the dynamics within and between teams, and promotes better co-operation and collaboration.

Imagine a team building experience where you dance and learn to use samba drums? That’s what our Blue Beat activity is all about. An energetic musical activity that will bring your team together in a unique, non-competitive way with light-hearted fun at the very heart of the experience.
Okay, The Trust Zone doesn’t put you in life or death situations. It does involve a series of tasks, including Spider’s Web, Trust Lean, Postman’s Walk and Blocked, which are designed to make you work as a strong, supportive and motivational team where you have to develop a high level of trust with each other.
Comprised of team building and development activities that have been inspired by our low ropes course, The Trust Zone is one of most popular activities. In response to demand, BlueSky now offer The Trust Zone’s activities anywhere, so we can bring these quality team building tasks to you!
This team building activity is designed for complete beginners, so you don’t have to be musical at all to join in and try out some rhythmical challenges. Blue Beat starts with body percussion in pairs to break the ice early on. Then, using authentic samba instruments, participants will learn to dance and drum together.

You are the board of medium sized fashion brand in a highly competitive segment of the market. You have an important order to fill but your entire logistics department have jumped ship to a competitor, leaving you to plan the production and fill the order before the Deadline.
Connexus is the latest offering from BlueSky Experiences. This brand new activity utilises our most up-to-date technologies to control the flow of the event, issuing tasks, challenges and quiz questions to teams for the duration of the day.
How creative can your team get... cameras, light, action! What else will you need? The aim of this exciting experience is to produce your teams version of a well known film - recently, Grease and Braveheart. This is achieved though each team creating their on scene. These scenes are then edited together and your finale will be watching the end result. This could be part of a Oscars Gala Dinner, with all the awards for the best scene, director and of course cinematography.
A collaborative team-working task that will require good planning, lateral thinking and excellent communication skills to successfully escape from the notorious fortress known as Alcatraz. Can your team crack the codes, dodge the guards and make the final dash to safety?
Deadline is an exhilarating, face-paced team activity which is run from our Samsung Galaxy tablets. This will test even the most effective teams and will draw out key learnings that can be taken back to the workplace.
Each team has access to a lot of information, such as transportation schedules, raw material, prices, production schedules and more. The work is under intense time pressure and just to make things more complicated, each team’s table keeps updating them on events which affect their decisions - floods, strikes and trade wars, to name a few! Deadline is an intellectual challenge that brings out laughter while creating a great team spirit!
Delegates will be split down in to teams and each given a Samsung Tab4 tablet. Teams must move around the playing area taking on different tasks and activities within strict time frames as directed. At the end of the event, the team with the most points across all of the activities and quiz will be announced as the winners.
This activity is great fun and will get all of your delegates fully engaged from the word go. Connexus encourages collaboration within their own team as individual team members must pull together to complete the activities, whilst simultaneously competing with all of the other teams.
This engaging experience ensures maximum interaction for all participants with diverse roles and essential input to produce their interpretation of their chosen film. Each team is given responsibility for scripting, story-boarding, rehearsing and producing the finished article. The completed film clips and sound tracks are synchronized and shown back to the teams.
This activity will create a unique creative environment where interaction, communication and project management will be essential however a sense of humour and having team fun will be essential to the desired end result, an amazing final film to be shown at the Oscars Dinner. Who is your Shooting Star?
Teams will be tasked with planning their escape and breaking free from the chain gang they are shackled in. They will then have to plan a cunning escape through laser beams, navigate across a minefield and decode various padlocks and safes to access the Land Rover keys for their daring midnight dash from Alcatraz.
This collaborative team working activity will give your team the ideal opportunity to work together as one. Teams will experience success through problem solving with effective communication and knowledge transfer in this highly exciting and inclusive team working activity.
