Meeting visit in ISTITUTO LUIGI STURZO (Italy) to meet every partner, introduce our

institutions, talk about the different activities, decide the method to

comunicate every month, distribution of tasks, organize blog creation and organize

activity to compile teaching practices.

To start the blog. To decide its contents, structure and design.

November, 1st 2010:

To start the collection of information about teaching practices from all teachers in every institution. The

purpose of this activity is to create a data base with different teaching practices and the means used. To

analyze and select the best.

Meeting visit in AGRUPAMENTO DE ESCOLAS DE PERAFITA (Portugal) to presentate our results about teaching pratices / motivation ways collection’s

activity asking teachers and to presentate and decide about the

questionnaire we are going to use to ask about learner’s motivation.

what is their education motivation and ways to motivate them. The purpose of this activity is to create a data base with

DISTRIBUTIONOF TASKS

• The coordinating partner will be the formal contact.

• The coordinating partner will have the prime responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the project.

• All partners will contribute to its implementation by undertaking specific tasks. For example the partner hosting in a project meeting or mobility will make the necessary arrangements such as accommodation, the draft programme including visits, etc.

• The coordinating partner will monitor the activities proposed and organized the evaluation of the work performed.

• At work meetings it will be proposed, in advance, the content and agenda of the visit by the centre being visited.

• All partners will carry out similar tasks in their institution simultaneously and outcomes will be shared at project meetings or electronically.

• All partners will participate to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the project.

¿WHY THIS PROJECT IS NEEDED?

• We want to learn together how to better motivate adult learners with different and innovative strategies.

• This project is going to be a learning experience for our organitations. We are going to know other teaching practices and methods for adult education.

• Collaboration will increase our knowledge about the new technologies. The learners will profit it because the new technologies are going to be used not like a simple way to access to the information but like an object of knowledge itself and like a way to the professional develop.

• Learners to be enriched by the contact with workmates of other countries. It is going to be an opportunity to participate in authentic language learning contexts through direct communication and exchanges.

ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT OF ALL PARTNERS

• All partners have to develope the activities planned.

• In the work meetings, each partner will present the activities and actions that are developing.

• Each partner will undertake an annual assessment of their institution’s activities.

• In this project it is very important to have the active participation of learners since one of our principal objectives is to find ways to motivate them. In all institutions learners will get involved in the project.

• In February 2011 they will have the main role in the activity to collect information about ways to motivate them, as they will be the ones who will provide the information.

• They will come to the meeting in Romania in May 2011 to help providing their opinion in the analysis of teaching practices and motivating ways.

• In October 2011 they will have the main role in the activity to use these methods, as teachers will use them with the learners.

• They will come to the meeting in Italy in January 2012 to give their opinion about their experiment with the activity from October 2011.

• Partners will be in continual contact by Internet via email to send materials, pictures, a report of the activities…

• Monthly all partners will contact by web or video conferencing for online meetings.

• We will use a blog to assure a costant communication.

• We will phone us when it will be necessary.

• We will use evaluation questionnaires for every activity and meetings to evaluate its profits, its length, the program, the participation and the results.

• The use of internet resources between every meeting will guarantee continue evaluation to identify the project progress.

• In the final meeting a qualitative questionnaire will be given to all the partners to verify if the project objectives and the outcomes have been achieved.

• After the partnership we will do a comparative analysis from learners' results before and after the use of teaching and motivating methods contributed by partners.

• Through a conference where the project will be explained.

• To publish date, time and place for every activity.

• The final products will be translated in the partners languages.

• Realization of an appropriate space for the project on each organization's website.

• Providing information to local radio and press.

• Organizing a conference in the community cultural center to explain the project.

• Meetings with public authorities.
