at Studio AUM we specialize in crafting brand and user experiences that help organizations harness the advantage of design. We offer sound strategic insights, dazzling visual designs and skillfully crafted user experiences, wrapped in flawless execution and a passion for helping clients meet their business goals. We help clients learn, imagine, design and implement better experiences across diverse touch points in all of our services, people are our key reference points. They guide us when we conduct research, develop creative strategies, imagine concepts, craft solutions, design prototypes and test results.

rajib ghosh Rajib is the Co-founder and Director of Design at Studio AUM He is a graduate from the National Institute of Design specializing in Communication and User Experience Design, and has more than 12 years of experience in the areas of user experience design, graphic design, brand building, advertising, corporate films and interactive media He has worked extensively for clients both inside and outside India creating products and services. Rajib has previously worked for companies like Oracle and reQall to create brands and user experiences over a varied range of touch points. At Oracle, he was also instrumental in setting up their Hyderabad Usability team and Usability Labs Many of these products and services have won awards and has been featured in print and online media. Rajib has worked closely and in professional capacity with Prof. Donald A Norman (of the well known Nielsen Norman Group), the top most authority in the world of Usability and HCI. He has also co-authored a patent in the area of Voice Interaction Design with Prof. Norman.
sindhu shanmugam Sindhu is the Co-founder and Director of Strategy at Studio AUM. She is a graduate of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad specializing in Strategic Marketing , Leadership and change management. She has more than 6 years of experience in the areas of technology, services marketing, brand building and education. She has worked across geographies including China, USA, Germany and India. Sindhu has previously worked for companies like Oracle and NIIT to create innovative technologies and build new brands. She has won several awards, including the prestigious 'Young Leader Award - 2007' instituted by the ISB. She has also co-authored several business cases that have been published in prestigious International journals like 'Asian Case Research Journal' and are being taught in business schools across the globe.
