1. Set up a free WIFI network at places where people normally look for wireless connections.

2. Change it‘s name to „Ericsson Response“.

3. Fist page has info about the Response proyect.

A cheap and easy way to make people aware of the proyect, giving a possitive vibe by offering aWi-Fi service for free.

Hard to reach the target group if not set up atplaces such as mobile phone fairs etc.

HOW TO GET DEVELOPERSA different approach to than Hackerton.

Instead of creating an open event we could try to invite peopleor studios to participate in our projects. Since were working for a NGO, they will obviously not get paid, but in return theywill get the privilege of getting mentioned in different forumssuch as blogs and other social media. Where not offering themmoney, we‘re offering them the buzz created by a project such as Ericsson Response. Besides from that, they will get the opportunity to mention Ericsson as a client and possible getto work more with them in the future.

We could possibly even give them a chance of collaborating since the entire project revolves around that.

How will we get them to participate?

One way would be to make a video presentation that we couldsend to each of the invited persons, or studios. In the video wegive them info about Ericsson Response, explain what needs to be done and when we‘ll need it. We‘ll also mention that they will be contacted about their participation.

We have the chance to work with the people we choose insteadof throwing it out there“ and not being sure of what we‘re going to get.

Being backed up by Ericsson and IED should help.

Giving the participant / participators the opportunity of beinga part of a project that they may not normally do.

The uncertainty of getting people to participate.
