Search for Skilled Truck Drivers
The trucking industry is changing and which means for
the drivers as well. Using a higher standard reaching
out throughout the business through the CSA,
particular trucking companies find themselves in a
much different place than previously.

from your CSA and should they fail to comply, the company could experience an Operations
Out-of Service Order. Due to this new effort, many knowledgeable, experienced drivers have
found themselves out of work due to companies anticipating that tests for BMI and sleep apnea

line. With many of the drivers sometimes going, leaving the industry or as a result of not being
hired and losing their jobs due to the effects of CSA and their PSP, a ton of inexperienced drivers
are expected.
Many will present a 'perfect' PSP because they are new to the industry and won't have a three and
five-year look back of violations and crashes. These perfect PSP documents will then reveal a
perfect driver safety report for that motor carrier as long as they don't obtain violations once
employed.
