15. In case of any unauthorized electronic banking transactions if the time taken to report the fraudulent transaction is within 3 working days from the date of receiving the communication then the customer liability would be nil. In case the time is between 4 to 7 working days then the maximum liability in BSBD Account would be Rs. 5,000 or transaction value whichever is lower and Rs. 10,000 or transaction value whichever is lower, for all other savings account. In case the time of reporting is beyond 7 working days, the customer liability shall be unlimited / to the extent of the transaction.
