ALTAR SOCIETY NEWS
The Altar Society is in search of new members for the ministry. Please call Debbie Hinchman if you would like more information
about the Altar Society. Debbie’s phone number is 985-817-2407.
If anyone knows how to make tissue paper carnations or flowers from paper, please
contact Debbie. The Altar Society would like to do this for Mother’s Day.
Dues for the Altar Society are now due.
Join us for an afternoon of reflection as we explore the
ways a married couple can grow in unity with God and each
other through sharing an open and honest couple prayer
time. Jan and Lloyd Tate will reflect on their 45 years of
reaching together for God and present several different
methods of couple prayer that may help participants to
grow closer on their spiritual journey. There will be quiet
time for couples to practice the various methods and to see
what "fits" their own personal relationship. Couples are
encouraged to plan to go out for a romantic dinner and
date night afterwards to enjoy the closeness that the prayer
will have fostered.
Cost $35.00 (adjustments can be made)
