Here lies the home of our Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP , air-cured over 13 months and a real delicacy! As we journey a little further north, we arrive in Veltlin which is situated on the border with Switzerland and home to our Bresaola Punta d’Anca IGP . On our way back through Switzerland, we pass the exact areas where our fresh veal, beef, pork and chicken come from. Buon appetito!
