What is RESPECT?
Respect is when you feel admiration and deep regard for an individual.
Respect is when you show high regard for self, others, and property.
Respect is a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something drawn out by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.

Common Types of DISRESPECT
Discrimination – with our words or actions we treat certain individuals or groups differently (color, religion and region).
Harassment – with our words or actions we make the workplace uncomfortable and hostile for individuals or groups (willful action to degrade, hostility in words and actions, negative comments about others).

Common Types of DISRESPECT
Stereotyping – give everyone in a certain group the same attributes (men with earrings are weird).
Bullying – the willful, conscious desire to hurt another and put him/her under stress (willful gossiping, threats, jokes, embarrassing others, rumors, alienation, social alienation, name calling).
