RIB RENTAL PROPOSAL

A. Boat Rental Services :

Am craft is offering 6 Heavy duty Ribs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) 7.5 Meter long Capacity 12People and Carrying capacity Up To 4 Tons for Rental to perform the Jobs Relating toDiving, and Offshore services. They are powered by 250HP Four Stroke Engine and haveworking extended Range of 200 nautical Miles per Fuel Tank. The Am craft 750 is easydeployable can be deployed from Ramp, sandy beach or even Craned into the water. TheHourly Rate per Boat is 50$ per Hour and the Minimum hours Charged Monthly are 75Hours. This Rate Includes the Skipper provided from our Company excluding his Food andAccommodation and transportation to and from the site of Operations will be handled bythe Renter. As well as fuel and Oils and consumable spare parts.

B. Location of Operations :

The Head quarters of Operation is in Suez in the Duty Free Zone in Attaka where weprovide the Maintenance and the Services to Our RIBS

C. Days and Hours of Operation :

AM Craft Is working Sunday to Thursday 9AM to 5PM, However, AMT Services Operates24Hrs 7 Days a Week

D. Fixtures and Equipment :

The boats are equipped with VHF 25 Watts and GPS Plotter

All needed extra fixtures can be installed on the boats like Fire Fighting Pump andMedivaquing Stretchers and appliances for a One Time Fixing Fee 120$ per Item percontract.

Every 5 boats are provided with 1 Trailer and 5 Stands to be placed under shaded area

E. Customer Provisions

i. The Customer Shall Provide a Shaded Area of Minimum 12 Meters By6 next to a fresh water Source to the desalinization of the boats at theEnd of their operating day and their Storage outside the Water

ii. A Small Room next to the Shaded area for storage of Tools andequipments needed for the Safe Operation of the boats

iii. The Customer should have a Proper Dock suitable for our Operationwith deployment and extracting facility by Crane or truck to pull or

push Trailers

F. Rental Fee

The Hourly Rate per Boat is 50$ per Hour and the Minimum hours Charged Monthly are 75Hours. This Rate Includes the Skipper provided from our Company excluding his Food andAccommodation and transportation to and from the site of Operations, This Item will behandled and provided by the Renter (the customer).

G. SAFETY PLAN

A Safety Standard Plan according to the IMO Standards is practiced and can be adapted tothe Conditions of the Customer Field of Operation

H. INSURANCE

Full Boat Insurance is provided to secure any losses + a third party liability insurance tosecure any damages caused by any unfortunate accident or losses incurred due to ourOperation

I. INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

Any Damages caused By the Operation toward a third Party will be covered by the TPLInsurance any Damages to the Ribs not covered by the Insurance will be shared by bothParties

In Case of desire to terminate the Operations of one or more units before the expiry periodof the contract a termination fee of 3000$ will be paid on top of the period used per unit

desired to stop

In case one unit is out of service and the Provider fails to immediately replace it in a periodnot more than 6 Days the unit will be terminated and a compensation fee of 3000$ will bepaid to the customer in that Case

J. Customer FACILITIES

The customer will provide the following facilities adjacent to the supplier.

a. Launching Facility

b. Shaded Area

c. Accommodation for Skippers

d. Food for skippers

e. Proper toilets and shower facility

f. Picnic table

g. Charcoal grillsh. Water source and acceptable pressure with 50 meter hose

i. Electricity
