1. Open your PowerPoint presentation. 2. Select Adobe Presenter>Audio>Record.

3. Calibrate your microphone by following the instructions in the Set Microphone Recording Level dialog box that appears.

4. Click OK. 5. Select the View Script option.

6. Click Import Notes. 7. Select Slide Range: All slides.

o Current Slide: Imports notes from the current slide. o Slides: Select specific individual slides in the presentation. o To select multiple slides, hold down Shift or Control and select the slide

numbers in the list. 8. Select Import options: Append imported notes to current scripts.

o Append Imported Notes to Current Scripts will add any imported notes to the end of existing scripts.

o Replace Current Scripts with Imported Notes removes any existing scripts. 9. Click OK, or if ready to record audio, go to step 5 in the Record Audio section.

Recording Audio

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation. 2. Select Adobe Presenter>Audio>Record.

3. Calibrate your microphone by following the instructions in the Set Microphone Recording Level dialog box.

4. Click OK. 5. Click the red Record button to begin recording audio.

6. Speak into the microphone. 7. When you finish, click Stop Recording. (Adobe Presenter converts the audio to MP3

format.)

8. Click Play to listen to the recording OR 9. Click the red Record button to rerecord audio OR 10. Click Next to record audio for the next slide. 11. When you finish, click OK.

Publishing an Adobe Presentation

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation. 2. Select Adobe Presenter>Presentation>Publish.

Choose the Adobe PDF output option and select Publish

1. The Adobe Presenter presentation will automatically play in a web browser when the presentation publishing has been completed.

2. An Adobe PDF file (with the name of the PowerPoint presentation) will have been created in My Documents/My Adobe Presentations folder.

Upload Adobe Presentation to Oncourse

1. Log into Oncourse, and go to the Resources tool for your course. 2. Next to the folder to which you want to add a file, from the Add menu, click Upload

Files. 3. Next to "Display Name", type the name you want displayed in Resources. If you

don't add a display name, the filename will be used. 4. Click Browse to find the Adobe PDF file, and select Open. 5. Click on Upload Files Now to finish.
