Answer: yes. We support many environments such as this. A lot of users, only some with cloud services.

They will need to be able to click on the from address field in their Outlook and select the alternate

address to send from.

can make them shared mailboxes, which don't require a license, but they have some limited

receive notification when this is done. Process takes about 3-4 weeks. Then can set the rules for

Answer: Only thing I can think of is in Outlook 2013. you can specify the timeframe of mail that is cached

locally. Ex: 1, 2, 3 6 12 and 24 months. Hope this helps.
