In February 1960, the Food Research Institute resumed publi cation of a regular periodical, Food Research Institute Studies, which appears three times a year as a regular vehicle for the major research products of its staff. Its earlier periodical, Wheat Studies of the Food Research Institute, had con tained a substantial portion of the work of the staff from 1924 to 1944.
