PROCESS TO RESET YOUR WINDOWS PASSWORD Thanks to the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), you will be able to:

• reset your Windows password • or unlock your Windows account.

In order to benefit from this service, you must have registered beforehand. If you have not, please visit https://mypassword.servier.com

Windows password reset procedure If you cannot log into your Windows account from your Servier computer, use a colleague's Servier computer, your personal computer, a smartphone, or a professional or personal tablet, then on the Web site, click on the RESET button. After authenticating yourself with the contact information previously saved during registration, you will be able to enter a new Windows password. Then, your Servier computer will need to be connected to the Servier network (Servier sites or Servier teleworking terminal) in order to synchronize the new password on your Servier workstation and allow you to open your Windows session (synchronization cannot be done remotely for users connected via VPN).

Connection Go to https://mypassword.servier.com and click on the Reset button.

Identification

Enter your Servier e-mail address and then enter the characters shown in the image.

Contact method

Choose the contact method you want to use to authenticate. This is the contact information you entered beforehand during the registration (examples: a personal e-mail address, your cell phone number or the app Microsoft Authenticator).

Personal e-mail address

1. Select "Email my alternate email”, then click on "Email". An email containing a verification code will be sent to you.

2. Enter the verification code received by e-mail and then click "Next".

3. Enter your new Windows password.

4. You’re done! Your password has been reset.

Cell phone

1. Check the box "Send an SMS to my mobile phone," then confirm your phone number. An SMS containing a verification code will be sent to you.

2. Enter the verification code you received, then click on "Next".

3. Enter your new Windows password .

4. You're done! Your password has been reset.

Microsoft Authenticator app

1. Check the box "Enter a code 2. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app. from my authentication app".

3. On your computer, enter the verification code displayed in the app. Then click on "Next".

Reset confirmation

Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, sent to both your email addresses (Servier + secondary e-mail address).
