Reset your ctcLink Account Password

Open a browser and go to your campus website. Click on Students or Current Students.

Step 1:

Click on the ctcLink icon.Step 2:

Click on “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the page.Step 3:

Enter your ctcLink ID. It is your 9-digit student number that starts with either 101 or 201. Step 4:

Click on one of the Answer fields or press Tab on your keyboard. This will fill out the questions for you. Step 5:

Answer your security questions with the exact answers you entered when you activated the account. Step 6:

The answers are NOT case-sensitive.

Create a new password and confirm it. Then, click Submit.Step 7:

Password must have:• At least 8 characters• 1 UPPERCASE letter• 1 lowercase letter• 1 number (0, 1, 2, 3, …)
