For security, it is a good habit that reset Microsoft Account password on a regular
basis. But when you change the password, there are two situations you might meet:
Situation 1: You still remember the old password
Situation 2: You forgot the old password
In situation 1, we reset a more safety password by two options:
1. Use the old password to sign in to

Step 4: Select the User Name and click “Reset Password”.
