Practical ways to save energy and protect nature

Why?It is important to because:

- You save your own money

- It slows down global warming

- It preserves biodiversity

- It will help future generations

- The human race has nowhere else to go (the nearest maybe livable planet is 6,4 light years (6.05486768 × 1013 kilometers) away)

How to protect nature?- Don’t leave your rubbish in the nature and if you see any e.g. on the street,

pick it up

- Use public transport- Recycle- Buy fair trade products

- Don’t buy plastic bags

How to save energy?- turn the light off when you leave the room - Don’t leave the TV on if you’re not

watching it- Don’t leave the water running without

a reason- Don’t wash your laundry/dishes

unless the machine is full

What could happen if you ignore our tips?

- Fossil fuels run out- Landfills become overfilled (one person

generates 4.38 pounds (≈1,99 kg) of waste a day)

- We will start suffering catastrophic impacts in the year 2020

- Natural disasters will increase
