Sand Dunes in Mui Ne

• Almost all travellers to Mui Ne or Phan Thiet will ensure a visit to Mui Ne’s limitless sand dunes.

• The sand dunes are in the very close vicinity to the Mui Ne’s sandy beaches.

• Quad Biking or a 4x4 Jeep is the ideal way to get around and explore the dunes properly.

• The constant oceanic winds sculpt the dunes into amazing Saharaesque formations.

Phan Thiet Harbour

• Located at the mouth of Ca Ty River (formerly known as the Phan River) in the very south of Vietnam

• The harbour is gold mine for photographers with the hundreds of coloured fishing boats

• The harbour is bordered by many bridges and parks best viewed at night

Takou Mountain

• Located 28km from Phan Thiet in Vietnam and is a must for every traveller

• It stands tall at 649m with an average temperature of 18-22 degrees Celsius at the summit

• At the 563m mark, two pagodas are situated with Vietnam’s largest reclining Buddha statue (45m)

• Travellers can opt to hike (2290m) or use the gondola (1600m) to reach the summit.
