    Its May, and we can all

    feel the buzz in the city

    the snow is behind us,

    baseball season is in fullswing, weve started to get

    exception to provide up to

    95% financing on condos,single family residences

    and PUDs in the

    Chicagoland area! Prior to

    this change the maximum

    financing on condos was

    90% for conventional

    loans. Borrowers must

    have a minimum of a 700

    New Car Incentiveis available regardless of

    whether a taxpayer

    itemizes deductions on

    their returns. So, even if

    you rent, you can claim this

    deduction and save more

    money on your 2009 taxes.

    The Internal Revenue

    Service announced that

    taxpayers who purchase a

    new car after February 16,

    2009 and before January

    1, 2010 may be entitled to

    deduct state and localsales and excise taxes

    paid on the purchase of the

    vehicle.

    The deduction is limited

    to the taxes paid on up to

    $49,500 of the purchase

    price of a qualified new car,

    light truck, motor home or

    motorcycle.

    The deduction is phased

    out for taxpayers whose

    modified adjusted gross

    income is between$125,000 and $135,000 for

    individual filers and

    between $250,000

    and $260,000 for joint

    filers.
