Dear cement and concrete colleagues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the International Congress on the Chemistry of Cement (ICCC 2019 Prague) we are pleased to invite you to cooperate on the 15th ICCC 2019 Prague being held from the 16th to 20th of September 2019 at the Prague Congress Centre, Czech Republic.

The Congresses on the Chemistry of Cement used to present the most actual knowledge from the cement and concrete branch from the laboratory research to the operational results from all over the world almost a hundred years.

The ICCC 2019 Prague Congress provides an excellent platform to show your new products and the newest technology solutions and equipment to congress participants by taking part in the exhibition and/or being a significant partner of this international event.

At the previous congresses we have seen attendees from over 100 countries world-wide and around 1000 attendees and we expect to meet similar participants in 2019. All coffee and lunch breaks will take place in the exhibition area to provide you maximum exposure.

CONGRESS VENUE

The 15th International Congress on the Chemistry of Cement (ICCC 2019) will be held at the Prague Congress Centre (PCC) which is one of the modern architectural landmarks of Prague and the largest convention and culture centre in the Czech Republic.

Its location is very practical, being easily accessible from the city centre by underground or motorway. The Prague Congress Centre is situated in a unique location with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague with its large parks, the Vltava River and Prague Castle. A project for the third millennium, the Prague Congress Centre is fitted with high-quality equipment in terms of audiovisual technology, air-conditioning, energy connections and communications, ISDN data links, GSM and modern hall technologies. The quality of these amenities ensures that the Prague Congress Centre complies with required international standards.

PCC is ideally located near the city centre with a panoramic view of Prague Castle. It is easily accessible by both public and private transport. It has its own metro station and extensive parking facilities.

EXHIBITION

The exhibition during the ICCC 2019 will be located in the congress foyer in the Prague Congress Centre. The exhibition will be installed during Sunday, September 15 and dismantled on Friday, September 20, 2019.

Welcome Reception (on Monday) will take place in the Exhibition Area.

Exhibition Space OnlyBasic (minimum) exhibition space – 6 sq m 3000 EUR Every additional sq m 550 EUR / sq mThe minimum ordered space is 6 sq m. The price includes location of net surface only, 1 table, 2 chairs and one exhibitor badge. All rental of equipment such as booths, carpets, furniture, technical or electrical installations etc., has to be ordered and will be charged separately.

Additional exhibitor registration 200 EUR

Partnerss have the priority in choosing exhibition space location if ordered by February 20, 2019.

Each exhibitor will be contacted directly by the appointed contractor and will get technical details on exhibition set-up & dismantling, forwarding company details, etc.
