Dear Parents,

This week, our focus has been on course registraon for the coming schoolyear. On Wednesday, students watched grade level presentaons so they couldlearn more about the available course opons and ask clarifying quesons. Thesepresentaons are now available via the MS blog if parents would like to viewthem. Students will register for courses next week during their Modern Language,Strategy instrucon or English for Academic Purposes classes. A conrmaonemail will be sent to parents aer your child has successfully completed the regis-traon process.

We respecully request that parents take the me to discuss the various courseregistraon opons over the weekend so you and your child are on the same page.

Student-Led Conferences (SLC):

The SLCs are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, March 16th from 12:00 - 5:00p.m. Session 1 = 12:30 - 2:30p.m. (Students whose surnames begin with A- K.)

Session 2 = 3:00 - 5:00p.m. (Students whose surnames begin with L - Z.)

The parent brochure for the SLCs will be emailed home on Monday. This brochurewill contain all the informaon/details parents need to know in order to be pre-pared for this event.

Full results from the Philippine Gymnascs Cup are now

posted to ATAC blog gymnascs page as received from the

meet organizers. Well done to our ISM gymnasts who com-

peted at Rizal Stadium. The next meet for our gymnascs

team is Mar 12

at Brish School Manila.

S3 pracce schedule is posted on noce boards and on

ATAC blog schedules page. ATAC S3 sports for MS are Bad-

minton, Track&Field, Mixed Touch and Co-ed Soball. For

HS S3 sports are Golf, Track&Field, Soball and Badminton.

-16 are as follows:

ATAC all year round teams

All HS seasonal teams pracce from 3:05- 4:50pm each

day. MS seasonal teams pracce 3:15-4:45pm. In order to

clear the campus prior to 5pm all aer school programs

will conclude by 4:50pm or earlier. The last bus

is4:55pm

this is due to the ever increasing trac concerns

in our area.

Parents and students please take some me to peruse the

ATAC blog it has a wide variety of informaon and links to

our sports and acvies program. If you have any ques-

ons regarding the compeve program of sports at ISM

aer reading the informaon on the blog please send an

email to [email protected] and I will endeavor to assist

you as best I can.

The ATAC game schedule pdf which is updated regularly by

Triz Gonzalez (ATAC Athlecs Coordinator) gives the mostup to date informaon on where/when and who our Bear-

cat teams will be playing throughout the school year. Ac-

cess to the game schedule is now via the ISM parent portal

not via power school as in the past. A navigaon guide is

Access the parent portal via this link, log in with your user

name/password and then look for the ATAC Game Sched-

ule tab under the le side quick links. Don't forget to re-

fresh the pdf page each me it opens so you access the

most current schedule. Please note this schedule does

change oen and at short noce due to involvement withmany local schools and organizaons.
