Holiday Home Work for KG I to Grade XII has been uploaded on the website. Kindly check.

The PTI is scheduled to be held on 1st July 2015 for all the grades. The circular for the same

will be sent through portal on Sunday, 28th June 2015.

Gentle Reminder - KG To Grades V, XI & XII : This is to kindly inform you that the Answer

Sheets for the First Term Assessments / Examination (except for the fee defaulters) are

handed over to the students . In case if any error is noticed, please mention in Almanac or

send a message through school portal to the respective Home Room Teacher latest by

29th June 2015, after this date no request will be approved.

Under the patronage of Embassy of India, a special gathering was organized at the school

campus to commemorate International Yoga Day. Sri Ram Singh, First Secretary, Indian

Embassy graced the occasion with his presence. The event was organized in co-operation

with the Art of Living- Bahrain Chapter.

The representatives from the Art of Living demonstrated a few yoga postures, Pranayam

and meditation techniques which lead to holistic healing. A power point presentation was

also showcased giving tips to the children on how to reduce exam stress and improve

concentration. Around 850 students from Grade VI to XII joined in the session and did yoga

postures and meditation with the tutors from Art of Living.

Mr. Ram Singh addressed the gathering bringing out the relevance of Yoga in a persons life.

He emphasized on practicing yoga and meditation and adopt it in our life style. Mr. Arun

Kuumar Sharma, Principal and the teachers also took an active participation in meditation.

The Physical Education Department also conducted a Yoga session for the

students of KG to Grade V. Following Asanas (Postures) are demonstrated and

practiced by the students.

Vajrasan (diamond), Shashankasan (rabbit), Bhujangasan (Snake)

Dhanurasan (bow) , Shavasan (corpse) , Meditation

An interactive session was conducted on Tuesday, June 23rd 2015 for the

students of grades XI & XII. The Alumni of session 2014-15 addressed their juniors on

how to manage their stress & time in prioritizing and strategizing their goals. They

shared their experiences in how they dealt with their hobbies, taking out time for things

they like to do and coping with their book pressures.

They advised their juniors to be calm, consistent and remain confident of themselves.
