• Е-services contribute to the increase in transparency and limit corruption on all levels– No face-to-face contact between administration and customer

– E-procurement and invoicing could result in savings in total procurement costs of 5% to 20%

• Technology enables administrations to re-model services to better meet the needs of citizens and businesses: the “core” of the administrative reform
