Jacobs are holding a work experience week for S2’s, during this week the S2 pupils will undertake a challenge which will run the full five days. Various disciplines from Jacobs will carry out presentations and activities with pupils throughout the week, providing information that will inform this challenge. There is also likely to be a site visit to an active construction site on one of the days to allow pupils to see first-hand some of the complexities involved in the construction of large scale infrastructure projects.

We would like to invite four S4’s to join us for the week to assume the role of Senior Mentors. The Senior Mentor’s role would be to act as an enthusiastic role model, each supporting one of the four S2 teams. You will spend the week with the same group, building relationships with the S2’s and mentoring them throughout the main challenge.
