為救助當地的受傷災民發揮了巨大作用,成為“科學救災”的成功實戰案例。此外,在深圳前海、澳洲北領地,中集模塊化建築持續為我們的客戶創造傳統建築所無法比擬的價值。如果說,集裝箱改變世界,那么模塊化建築未來將有機會改變建築業。

In June, constructions of the New Shengli No. 1 Self-elevating Drilling Platform

and North Dragon Deepwater Semisubmersible Drilling Platform were successively

kicked off in CIMC Yantai Offshore Base, marking a steady upwards development

trend of the offshore services of CIMC. Presently, CIMC has delivered 8 deepwater

semisubmersible drilling platforms, with product covering mainstream oil and gas

production sea areas in the world such as the North Sea, West Africa, Gulf of Mexico,

Brazil and Persian Gulf. With reliable performance and continuous improvement on

management, CIMC is increasingly gaining attentions and recognitions of dominant

clients in the world for its excellent offshore services. We have established Offshore

Research Institutes in Shanghai and Yantai and integrated scientific research resources

within the industry and among colleges and universities to continuously enhance the

independent research and development abilities. We’re also attaching high importance

to the hunting of elites in the offshore industry so as to provide strong backup for the

offshore scientific research power of CIMC. We have a dream that, with the joint efforts

of CIMC staff and partners within the industry, drilling platforms of CIMC will take the

lead more frequently in rankings of various major oil and gas production sea areas and

on various technical indicators globally in future.

We hereby would like to share some important progress of CIMC on modularized

building with you. On April 20, upon the occurence of a 7.0-magnitude earthquake in

Ya’an of Sichuan, we immediately applied CIMC’s modularized building technologies

in disaster relief. With coordination with multiple parties concerned, CIMC and CAS

moved a “General Hospital” from Yangzhou to Ya’an just in 48 hours, which was of

great functions for rescuing the injured people there and marked a successful case of

“Scientific Disaster Relief”. Meanwhile, in Qianhai (Shenzhen) and Northern Territory

(Australia), CIMC’s modularized buildings are continuously creating incomparable

values for our clients. If we say it is container that has shifted the world, we may also

say it is the modularized building that may take the chance to shift the building industry

in future.

CIMC is provided with numerous excellent staff, diversified industrial layout in China

and all across the world, laying firm foundations for the future development of CIMC.

The services of CIMC will cover more countries and regions and meet the demands of

global clients in a more satisfying manner. After reformation and upgrading, CIMC is

前海管理局進駐中集模塊化綠色建築辦公區Qianhai Administration Bureau Enters CIMC Modularized Green Building Office Area

7月2日上午,由深圳中集投資控股有限公司建造的國內規模最大的行政辦公類集裝箱模塊化建築群——前海臨時綜合辦公區在經過簡短的交接儀式後正式啟用,前海管理局進駐後該辦公區將成為未來3-5年前海建設的主戰場。

深圳市市委常委副市長呂銳鋒、深圳市政府副秘書長吳德林、前海管理局局長張備等有關領導出席了交接儀式。

綠色環保、可移動性及循環利用等特點是中集模塊化建築獲得前海管理局認可的重要原因。該項目屬於臨時辦公區,共使用集裝箱約333個,項目充分貫徹綠色環保的建築理念,循環利用舊集裝箱改造建成。3-5年後為配合新的發展規劃,建築可實現

快速拆除,不會對地面及週邊產生破壞,也不產生建築垃圾,有效保護當地的自然環境。另一方面,拆除後的建築可通過車輛運輸至其他場所繼續服務,

實現循環利用,大大節約建築資源與時間成本。

此外,建築效率與交付時間也是前海管理局考量的重要因素。前海臨時綜合辦公區項目從設計到交付施工週期僅用了80天。80天建造一個建築面積9300

平方米的辦公樓,對於傳統建築而言是難以想象的,然而模塊化建築為滿足客戶需求創造了可能。模塊化建築通過工廠預制有效地提高了施工效率,縮短了建築交付使用的週期,為客戶節省大量時間。

前海臨時綜合辦公區因其位置的特殊性,未來幾年將成為海內外政府官員、企業高層訪問前海的重要接待場所。該項目預計將持續受到國內外高端人群的關注,讓越來越多的人認識並理解模塊化建築,對於推廣中集模塊化建築業務,提升集團品牌形象,具有非常重要的廣告價值。

is of quite important advertising values to

boost CIMC’s modularized building business

and promote the brand image of the Group.

6月28日下午,中集集團2012年度股東大會在深圳明華國際會議中心召開,出席股東大會的集團領導有李建紅董事長、徐敏傑副董事長、麥伯良董事總裁、王宏董事、丁慧平獨立董事、靳慶軍獨立董事、徐景安獨立董事、呂世傑監事長、黃倩如監事、馮萬廣監事及候任李科浚獨立董事、潘承偉獨立董事、王桂塤獨立董事。

本屆股東大會審議並通過《關於選舉第七屆董事會董事的議案》等17項議案,產生新一屆董事會:董事李建紅、徐敏傑、麥伯良、王宏、王興如,獨立董事李科浚、潘承偉、王桂塤。呂世傑、黃倩如當選為第七屆監事會監事。

進入股東大會現場提問環節,眾多中小股東和機構投資者代表圍繞熱點的業務問題與集團領導進行了深入、熱烈的交流。面對全球宏觀經濟持續低迷,集裝箱需求依然較為疲弱,

中集努力拓展新業務對沖傳統的強經濟週期產品。2012年以來,中集嘗試從穩健的裝備製造業向租賃服務業延伸,整合行業資源,開始涉足高端船舶建造與租賃業務。在物流服務行業,中集收購振華物流,未來將聚焦在中集具有優勢的細分物流領域,加速業務整合與拓展,2014年物流板塊收入有望突破100億元,成為中集繼集裝箱、道路運輸車輛、能源化工食品裝備、海洋工程之後的第五大業務板塊。

In the afternoon of June 28, CIMC held the 2012 General Meeting in Shenzhen

Minghua International Convention Center. Group leaders including Chairman

Li Jianhong, Vice Chairman Xu Minjie, Executive Director and President Mai

Boliang, Director Wang Hong, Independent Directors Ding Huiping, Jin

Qingjun, Xu Jing’an, Chief Supervisor Lv Shijie, Supervisors Huang Qianru, Feng

Wanguang, Alternative Independent Director Li Kejun, Independent Directors

Pan Chengwei and Wang Guixun attended the General Meeting.

The General Meeting reviewed and approved 17 proposals such as Proposal

for Election of Directors of the 7th Board of Directors and elected the new Board

of Directors consisting of Directors Li Jianhong, Xu Minjie, Mai Boliang, Wang

Hong, Wang Xingru and Independent Directors Li Kejun, Pan Chengwei and

Wang Guixun. Lv Shijie and Huang Qianru were elected Supervisor of the 7th

Board of Supervisors.

In the Q&A of the General Meeting, minority shareholders and institutional

investors made in-depth and enthusiastic communication with Group leaders

on highlighted business questions. With the global macro-economy remaining

depressed and demands on containers still being weak, CIMC has been making

efforts to explore new business to offset the traditional products with strong

business cycles. Since 2012, CIMC has attempted to extend the business from

steady equipment manufacturing to lease service industry so as to integrate

the industrial resources. Therefore, the Group began to settle business in high-

end ship building and leasing. In logistics service industry, CIMC has acquired

Zhenhua Logistics and will focus on subdivided logistic domains with relative

advantages and speed up the business integration and extension. In 2014, the

sales volume of the logistics unit is estimated to be over RMB10 billion, making

it the fifth major unit following container, road transport vehicle, energy,

chemical and food equipment and offshore business.

“We just need some more time. I believe that CIMC will be totally different in

two or three years. Thank you!” With the firm and confident reply of President

Mai Boliang towards future development, the General Meeting closed in

consummation.

中集在京發佈2012年社會責任報告CIMC Releases 2012 Social Responsibility Report in Beijing

5月26日,由中國工業經濟聯合會主辦的“2013中國工業經濟行業企業社會責任報告發佈會暨社會責任評價指標體系發佈儀式”在北京人民大會堂舉行。中集集團與參會的近百家企業共同發佈了2012年度社會責任報告,中集集團副總裁於亞出席了發佈儀式。

此次發佈是中集集團首次在一個集中、規範的平台上發佈社會責任報告。參加社會責任報告發佈儀式,旨在不斷完善信息披露制度,

履行承諾,推動形成集團公開透明的自我約束機制和社會監督機制;中集集團社會責任報告全面反映了集團過去一年來的責任實踐和履責績效,是集團與利益相關方全面溝通交流的重要載體,對於暢通企業與政府、行業、社會的溝通渠道,樹立企業良好形象,促進經濟、社會、環境的和諧發展起到了重要作用。

本次發佈會由國家發改委、國務院國資委等九部委指導,中國工業經濟聯合會主辦,中電聯、中國煤協等十家全國性工業行業協會

(聯合會)協辦。發佈會同時發佈了《中國工業企業社會責任評價指標體系》,並針對國際國內社會責任發展和熱點問題進行了研討。政府有關部門、國際組織代表、工業行協、各省市自治區工經聯、工業企業及新聞媒體共600余人參加會議。

On May 26, the “2013 Chinese Industrial Economy Industry and Enterprise Social

Responsibility Report Press Conference and Launching Ceremony of Social

Responsibility System” sponsored by China Federation of Industrial Economics

was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. CIMC, together with about 100

enterprises attending the event, released the 2012 Social Responsibility Report. Yu

Ya, Vice President of CIMC attended the Release Ceremony.

It’s the first time that CIMC has released the social responsibility report in a centralized

and normalized platform. The participation of CIMC in the Release Conference aimed

to continuously consummate the information release system, fulfill the commitments

of the enterprise and promote the formation of an open and transparent self-

restraining mechanism and social supervision mechanism of the Group. CIMC’s

social responsibility report fully reflects the responsibility practice and performance

of the Group in the previous year and is an important platform for the all-round

communication between the Group and interested parties. It is of great importance to

smooth the communication channels among the government, industry and society;

promote the harmonious development of economy, society and environment.

The Press Conference was guided by nine ministries and commissions such as NDRC

and SASAC; sponsored by CFIE; and co-sponsored by ten national industrial and

trade associations (federations) such as CECC and CNCA. The Social Responsibility

Assessment Indicator System for Industrial Enterprises in China was also released

at the Press Conference. And discussions were made on development of social

responsibility and highlighted problems at home and abroad. Over 600 participants

from related governmental departments, international organizations, industrial and

trade associations, provincial-level Federations of Industrial Economics, industrial

enterprises and news media attended the conference.

3月16日中集集團第三期IU MBA學員一行十三人經歷25小時的旅行,順利抵達印第安納大學伯明頓分校,開始了緊張的為期一周的學習。各科教授風採各異,有的台風沉穩,有的氣場逼人,

教學手段更是不拘一格,或提問、或投票、或討論、或場景模擬……在這裏,不同觀點相互碰撞,相互激發。學員們在課後的班會上紛紛表示,類似水平和方式的EMBA教學課程極為難得。

結合前兩期IU MBA項目的經驗,第三期IU MBA

項目做了改進和創新。更加注重學習過程中的自我反思、學員之間的相互切磋交流和學以致用的實踐行動。為了幫助第三期學員們盡快適應MBA

學習生活,促進IU三期學員間的相互交流。集團人力資源部倡議開展了IU MBA新老學員“結對子”活動。在大家的踴躍參與下,13名新學員都找到了自己的“伙伴”,並建立起了廣泛的聯繫。當學員們遇到困惑時,他們向“伙伴” 尋求幫助,總能得到師兄師姐們熱情和耐心的解答,讓學員們感受到了IU MBA大家庭的溫暖!

一周重返校園的時光美好而短暫,3月26日學員們帶着收獲和留戀回到了各自的工作崗位。

On March 16, after a 25-hour travel, 13 trainees of the Phase III IU MBA Training

Program of CIMC successfully arrived at the Indiana University Bloomington

and started a tight training course for one week. Professors of different majors

showed different styles, some were calm while some were progressive. The

teaching methods were also diversified, question raising, voting, discussion or

scene simulation … Different views were exchanged and inspired here. In the

class meeting after the course, trainees all expressed that EMBA courses of such

levels and methods were really valuable.

Based on experience of the previous two phases of IU MBA Training Programs,

improvements and innovations were made on the Phase III Program, where self-

reflection during training, interactive challenging and exchanging among trainees

and pragmatic applications were more highlighted. To assist the Phase III trainees

quickly adapt themselves in MBA learning and living and boost mutual exchanging

and communication among the trainees, the HR Department of the Group

proposed a “Pair-Share” activity of old and new IU MBA trainees. With the enthusiastic

participation by everyone, all the 13 new trainees had found their own “partners” and

established wide connections. Whenever they felt puzzles and turn to their “partners”

for help, they never failed to receive the patient and heartfelt answers, which had

made the trainees feel the warmness of the big family of IU MBA.

What a short and fine time being back to schools! On March 26, with gains

and reluctance, the trainees returned to their own posts. Such systematic and

international management training courses may assist the trainees to apply

what they learnt into practice. It is not only a further education for career but

also provides more chances to exert their talents. It also creates new values for

the enhancement of enterprise management efficiencies.

中集在東莞投資建四大項目CIMC Invests Four Major Projects in Dongguan

4月26日下午,東莞市與中集集團舉行投資合作備忘錄簽字儀式。東莞市市委書記、市人大常委會主任徐建華,中集集團總裁麥伯良出席儀式並致辭,東莞市市委常委、常務副市長梁國英,中集集團副總裁劉學斌、吳發沛,以及東莞市有關部門、鎮、園區主要負責人出席簽約儀式。

本次東莞市與中集集團的合作,

共有四個項目,分別位於松山湖高新區、望牛墩鎮和鳳崗鎮。其中,中集松山湖項目佔地面積約530畝,建成包括集裝箱總部、創新發展中心、研究

總院、中集學院、集裝箱板業總部等多個功能區;中集專用車製造項目、

中集車輛園項目位於望牛墩鎮,佔地面積分別約600畝和300畝,將打造成集研發、檢測、銷售、商業服務為一體的專用車產業體系,成為輻射華南片區的專業一站式商用車服務園區;

中集現代物流裝備製造項目位於鳳崗鎮,生產用地約1458畝,綜合配套用地約80畝,規劃建設三條集裝箱生產線,總產能達75萬標箱╱年。

麥伯良在致辭中表示,東莞在中集集團未來的發展中佔有非常重要地

位,隨着與東莞投資合作備忘錄的簽約,旗下的多個項目將陸續登陸東莞,希望接下來雙方更加緊密地合作。

CIMC’s cooperation with Dongguan this

time involves four projects, which are

respectively located in the Songshan Lake

Hi-Tech Zone, Wangniudun Town and

Fenggang Town. The CIMC Songshan Lake

Hi-tech Zone Project covers an area of about

35.33 ha (530 mu). After completion, it will

involve several functional areas such as the

Container HQ, Innovation and Development

Center, General Research Institute, CIMC

College, Container Plate Industry HQ.

The CIMC Special Vehicle Manufacturing

Project and CIMC Vehicle Park are located

in Wangniudun Town, wi th the a rea

respectively of about 40 ha (600 mu) and

20 ha (300 mu). It is aimed to be a special

vehicle manufacturing system integrating

re s e a rc h , d e v e l o p m e n t , m a r k e t i n g ,

commercial services and be a specialized

one -stop commercial vehicle ser vice

area radiating the South China. The CIMC

Modern Logistics Equipment Manufacturing

Project is located in Fenggang Town, with

a production area of about 97.2 ha (1458

mu) and comprehensive supporting land

of about 5.33 ha (80 mu). It is planned to be

three container production lines with a total

capacity of 750,000 TEUs per year.

Mai Boliang expressed in his address that,

Dongguan played a very important part in

the future development of CIMC. With the

signing of the Investment and Cooperation

MOU between CIMC and Dongguan, several

projects of CIMC would successively be

launched in Dongguan. He also expressed

his wish for closer cooperation between two

parties.

Xu Jianhua expressed that, CIMC was a large-

sized enterprise deeply rooted in China and

globally leading in several industries. As a

major city for manufacturing and exportation,

in recent years, Dongguan had attracted

high-end equipment manufacturing industry

with its profound manufacturing base to

drive the transformation and upgrading

of traditional manufacturing industry ;

boost the stock adjustment and increment

improvement; promote the industr ial

upgrading. And the cooperation of both

parties was promising.

In the beginning of May, the Sixth Annual Summit of China Green Companies

sponsored by CEC was held in Kunming. CIMC was honorably listed in the 2013 China

Top 100 Green Companies released on the Summit.

The Green Companies released on the Summit are those excellent companies wining

sustainable competitive edges by establishing favorable ecological environments,

including environmental ecology, commercial ecology, social ecology, etc.

The 2013 China Top 100 Green Companies is the first cross-industry ranking evaluation

the sustainable competitive edges of a company. It was first released in 2008 and this

year is the sixth release. The ranking list was appraised as the most proactive company

competitiveness evaluation system. The evaluation is regarded as an “annual physical

examination” for large companies on sustainable competitive edges. The evaluation

standards involve five major aspects including culture, economy, environment, society

and innovation.

On May 11, the 10th Award Ceremony on Renowned Brands in Shenzhen and the

Decade Brand Construction Summit was grandly held in the studio of Shenzhen

Broadcasting and TV Station. To exhibit the brand construction achievements of

the past ten years and exert the leading functions of models, Shenzhen Renowned

Brand Evaluation Committee awarded 11 enterprises such as CIMC, Huawei and ZTE

5月 29日,中集集團成員企業新會中集建造的 3633套 Inpex天然氣設施模塊化建築住宿房在珠海高欄港裝船,標志着新會中集順利完成了 Inpex天然氣設施住宿房項目。

Inpex項目是中集模塊化建築首次進入澳洲北領地地區,也是首次進入油氣資源領域。澳洲西北部油氣資源豐富,但位于偏遠荒蕪的地區。礦工的住宿需求如采用傳統建築,客戶則將面對建造周期長和成本高,且油田開采完後,必須恢復原有地質地貌等一系列極具挑戰的困難。采用工廠預製、現場搭建的模塊化建築將很好地掃除客戶的煩惱。此外新會中集利用模塊化建築金屬礦產營地項目的積累經驗,研發符合澳洲天然氣行業標準的高舒適性可移動式模塊化建築,積極開拓澳洲天然氣營地房市場。

On May 29, the 3,633 sets of modularized

buildings for the Inpex natural gas facilities

manufactured by Xinhui CIMC was shipped

in Gaolan Port of Zhuhai, marking the

successful completion of the Inpex Natural

Gas Facility Accommodation Project by

Xinhui CIMC.

Inpex Project is the first project of CIMC’s

modularized buildings into the Northern

Territory of Australia as well as into the

field of oil and gas resource. The northwest

part of Australia is provided with rich oil

and gas resources. However, as it is remote

geologically, if traditional buildings are

applied, it would be a long construction

period and high cost for the clients. In

addition, there’re still other great challenges,

for example, the original geological and

landform status must be recovered after

the oilfield is exhausted. The prefabricated

and site fabricated modularized buildings

may favorably solve the worries for the

clients. In addition, based on the experience

from modularized buildings in metal ore

campsite, Xinhui CIMC has researched and

developed highly comfortable and movable

modularized buildings in line with Australian

Natural Gas Industr ia l Standards and

positively explored the natural gas camp

building markets in Australia.

Though with relatively great pressure

on costs, with a series of management

and technological improvements, the

modularized buildings of CIMC can not

only be delivered in are favorable manner

but also achieve the profit margin beyond

expectations. The Transportation Service

Department initiated the “Charted Boat”

transportation mode, which has greatly

cut down the production cycle. During the

progress of the Project, CIMC achieved a

delivery speed of about 300 sets of buildings

every 21 days, breaking the record within the

industry. The delivery of the Inpex Project is

the concentration of the innovative wisdom

and service senses of the staff on CIMC

modularized buildings and represented

favorable teamwork of transnational teams

as well as the strong determination to seek

for greater achievements. Clients such as

Inpex, JKC and LOR have fully recognized

the excellent marketing abilities, innovation

abilities and extra executions as well as the

considerate after services of the modularized

building unit of CIMC.

由中集集團組織開展的國家《集裝箱模塊化組合房屋技術規程》(以下簡稱《規程》)編製工作圓滿完成。該《規程》的編製工作自 2010年7月立項以來,經過三年時間的反復論證與實驗,

通過了國家級專業技術評審,最終於 2013年 4月獲得國家有關部委的批准,列入中國工程建設協會標準系列中,於6月中在全國範圍內出版發行。

《規程》明確了集裝箱模塊化房屋的各項技術參數,並在安全性、可靠性等方面掃清了技術障礙,建立了國家標準。國家各有關部委及評審專家認為既有集裝箱循環使用的理念非常符合國家可持續發展與低碳經濟的技術政策,也適應建築鋼結構應用技術的發展和產業化要求。《規程》的正式頒佈為集裝箱模塊化房屋成為合法建築提供了保障,全面填補了國家在該領域的空白,對國家相關產業的發展具有非常重要的里程碑意義。

中集作為國內該產品領域的領導者,主導了此次行業技術標準與規程的制訂。不僅為中集成為國內最大模塊化建築生產商夢想的實現提供了可能,更承擔起了行業健康發展的社會責任。

Recently, the formulation of the national standard Technical Norms on Modularized

Combined Container Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the “Norm”) was successfully

accomplished. Since the formulation task was established in July 2010 and with the

repeated demonstrations and tests, the Norm has passed the national professional

technical review and finally approved by the related state ministries and commissions

in April 2013. It has been listed into the series of standards of China Project Construction

Association and will be published nationwide in the middle of June.

The Norm specifically defines various technical parameters of container modularized

buildings, removes technical barriers on aspects such as safety and reliability and

establishes related national standards. The related state ministries and commissions as

well as the review experts hold that the ideology of recycling of available containers

are quite in line with the technical policies such as sustainable development and

low-carbon economy of the country and also suitable for the development and

industrialization requirements of the steel structure application of buildings. The official

release of the Norm will provide guarantee for modularized container buildings to be

legal buildings, effectively fill in the gaps of China in such field and be of great milestone

significance for the development of related industries of the Country.

As a domestic leader of products in such field, CIMC took the charge of the formulation

of the technical standards and norms for the industry, which has not only made it

feasible for CIMC to be the largest modularized building manufacturer in China but also

undertaken the social responsibility for the healthy development of the industry.

Recently, the Off-line Ceremony for the first

batch of exported vehicles of the C&C Trucks,

a joint venture brand by CIMC and Chery, was

held in the General Assembly Shop of C&C

Trucks. Fifteen heavy-duty dump trucks and

5 heavy-duty traction vehicles drove slowly

out of the GA Shop and started their journey

to Bolivia, marking the official entry into

international markets of C&C Trucks.

On the site, Zhang Zhiguo, Deputy President

of C&C Trucks Marketing Service Company

expressed: “With the emission standards being

increasingly strict, the vigorous promotion

of low-carbon economic of the country, the

gradual consummation of truck technical

regulations as well as the high speed

development of the logistics industry, the

domestic development space for high-end

heavy-duty trucks are being more and more

obvious. We C&C Trucks has been and will be

sparing no efforts to make high-end heavy

trucks in China. We will not only gradually take

place of the market share of imported high-end

heavy trucks in domestic markets but also make

domestic high-end heavy trucks go overseas and

compete with multinational markets, and finally

establish the international image of the national

heavy truck brand of China.”

The 15 diesel dump trucks in the purchasing

order awarded by the Bolivia government will

assume the mine conveying for coal, muck and

sand. And the five diesel traction vehicles will be

used for bulk highway transportation. Bolivian

clients are quite familiar with the heavy truck

products of China and raised relatively strict

standards on safety, adaptability, economic

performance and reliability of the vehicles at

the beginning. They made several negotiations

and investigations for the first cooperation

with C&C Trucks. With repeated evaluation

and comparison of heavy truck products

under several domestic brands, the Bolivia

Government finally awarded the contract for

the government purchasing to C&C Trucks. Staff

in charge of this exportation order from the

International Department of C&C Trucks said:

“The reason we stood of from the government

purchasing of Bolivia is that we have established

quick development response mechanism

based on the future operation demands;

applied customized production methods and

advanced manufacturing processes and carried

out the service philosophy of ‘Service Before

Product Delivery’. With such superiorities, we

have been increasingly gaining comprehensive

competitive edges in overseas markets and can

provide strong quality guarantee for the clients

to enhance their operation values.”

In addition, to better satisfy the development

demands of international business, C&C Trucks is

now working on EU certification, GOST Certification

and GCC certification for the products. The

vehicle strategies for different overseas markets to

中集安瑞科製造中國首台 液化天然氣鐵路LNG罐式集裝箱CIMC ENRIC Manufactures First LNG Railway Tank Container in China

由中集安瑞科旗下石家莊氣體機械有限公司、中石油、北京交通大學、中國鐵道總公司

(原鐵道部)聯合開發的中國首例“液化天然氣(LNG)鐵路罐式集裝箱”,於5月29日順利發貨,

開啟了中國鐵路運輸液化天然氣(LNG)的先河。

該“安瑞科”牌液化天然氣(LNG)鐵路罐式集裝箱,一次性順利通過了鐵路靜強度試驗和動強度沖擊試驗,是LNG罐式集裝箱通過鐵路沖擊試驗的第一家,這意味着中集的LNG罐式集裝箱,

繼成功的實現海路和陸路聯運之後,即將走上鐵路運輸,實現海路、公路、鐵路聯運。

“液化天然氣(LNG)鐵路罐式集裝箱”實現鐵路運輸後,將進一步拓展中集的業務領域,使LNG罐式集裝箱的應用又上一個新台階。

On May 29th, the first LNG Railway Tank Container co-developed by CIMC

Shijiazhuang Enric Gas Equipment Co., Ltd., PetroChina, Beijing Jiaotong

University and China Railway Corporation (former the Ministry of Railways)

in China successfully made its first shipment, marking the era of railway-

transported LNG.

The ENRIC brand LNG railway tank container has passed the railway static

strength test and dynamic strength impact test at one stroke, which was the

first LNG tank container passing the railway impact test. This means that, after

successful marine-highway combined transport, CIMC’s LNG tank container

will be available for railway transportation and achieve the marine-highway-

railway combined transport.

With the successful application of LNG railway tank container in railway

transportation, the scope of business of CIMC will be further expanded and

the application of LNG tank container will go another step further.

中集安瑞科參與多項國家行業標準修訂CIMC ENRIC Participates in Revision

of Several National Industrial Standards

今年6月,憑借優異的技術水平和綜合實力,中集安瑞科及成員企業共承擔了全國壓力容器標準委員會4項國家╱行業標準的主持修訂和1項標準的參與修訂工作,將以新容規GB150為基礎,在2013年完成GB/T 19905《液化氣體運輸車》、JB/T 4782《液體危險貨物罐式集裝箱》、《低溫液體汽車罐車》、JB/T 4784《低溫液體罐式集裝箱》及JB/T 4781《液化氣體罐式集裝箱》的相關國家╱行業標準修訂工作。

6月14日,為了有效組織開展該項工作,

中集安瑞科召開了承擔修訂標準制╱修訂預備會,要求各參與企業高度重視,成立項目組,

This June, with excellent technological levels and comprehensive strengths, CIMC

ENRIC and its membership enterprises collectively took the charge of the revision of

four national/industrial standards of the China Standardization Committee on boilers

and Pressure Vessels and participated in the revision of one standard. And CIMC

ENRIC will accomplish on the basis of GB150 the revision of related national/industrial

standards such as GB/T 19905 Liquefied Gas Tanker, JB/T 4782 Tank Container for

Dangerous Liquid Goods, Road Tankers for Cryogenic Liquid, JB/T 4784 Cryogenic Liquid

Tank Container and JB/T 4781 Tank Containers for Liquefied Gases in 2013.

On June 14, to effectively organize the revision tasks, CIMC ENRIC held the

preparation meeting for the compilation/revision of related standards. On the

meeting, CIMC ENRIC required enterprises involved to pay high attention, establish

task groups, make effective development as scheduled, treat the standard

formulation with strategic visions and board minds and to maintain the order of

中集集團7月4日發佈公告,集團全資子公司中集租賃香港有限公司與大連船舶重工集團有限公司簽署了集裝箱船建造合同,建造7艘8800TEU

集裝箱船,每艘合約價為8500萬美元(折合人民幣約5.25億元),船舶建造合同總金額折合人民幣約36.75億元。

同日,中集租賃香港與MSC Mediterranean

Shipping Company SA.下屬公司簽署了期限為204

個月的集裝箱船融資租賃合同。MSC總部位於瑞士日內瓦,是世界第二大航運公司,業務網絡遍布世界各地。

根據上述合同,中集租賃香港將先向大連船舶購買上述7艘船舶,然後向MSC下屬公司出租該7艘船舶,交付時間最早為2015年第二季度。

在上述項目中,中集租賃香港的收入主要來源於船舶租金及其期末余值買斷款。其中,每艘船舶日租金2.5萬美元(折合人民幣約15.4萬元);在租船協議屆滿時,MSC下屬公司將以每艘船舶2150

萬美元(折合人民幣約1.33億元)購買所有船舶。

作為全球最大的集裝箱生產商,中集集團此番為第二次在船舶租賃界出手。2012年中集集團斥資52億元新造10艘超巴拿馬型9200TEU集裝箱船。這10艘船2014年交付後,將以融資租賃的方式交給第三大班輪公司法國達飛輪船運營。2013

年5月7日,9200TEU集裝箱船的首制船(Hull No.

C9200-1)已經正式開工建造。

On July 4, CIMC announced that CIMC’s wholly-owned subsidiary CIMC Financial

Leasing (Hong Kong) Ltd. had signed a container vessel building contract with

Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. on seven 8,800TEU container vessels with the

contract price of about USD85 million (equivalent to about RMB525 million) per

vessel and a total contract value for shipbuilding equivalent to about RMB3.675

billion.

On the same day, CIMC Financial Leasing (Hong Kong) Ltd. also signed a container

vessel financial leasing contract with a term of 204 months with the subsidiary

of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA. MSC is the world second largest

shipping company headquartered in Geneva of Switzerland and has spread its

business network all across the world.

According to the abovementioned contracts, the CIMC Financial Leasing

(Hong Kong) Ltd. will first purchasing the seven contracted vessels from Dalian

Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. and then lease such vessels to MSC subsidiary. The

earliest delivery time is Q2 of 2015. In such deals, the main income source of CIMC

Financial Leasing (Hong Kong) Ltd. will be the rent and the buyout sum of the

term end residual value. The daily rent of each vessel will be USD25,000 (equivalent

to about RMB154,000). Upon the termination of the chartering agreement, MSC

Subsidiary will purchase all vessels at a price of USD21.5 million (equivalent to about

RMB133 million) per vessel.

As the world largest container manufacturer, CIMC for the second time set business

in the ship chartering. In 2012, CIMC once invested RMB5.2 billion to newly built

ten post-Panamax 9,200TEU container vessels. After such ten vessels are delivery in

2014, they will be chartered to France CMA, the world third largest line company, by

means of financial leasing. On May 7, 2013, the construction of the leading ship of

the 9,200 TEU container vessels (Hull No. C9200-1) was kicked off.

On June 25, construction of the self-elevating drilling platform “New Shengli No. 1”

for Sinopec Shengli Oilfield was kicked off in CIMC RAFFLES Yantai Base, marking

a new milestone for the long-term close cooperation of both parties. The New

Shengli No. 1 is a self-elevating drilling platform designed and manufactured in

accordance with current norms and rules of the CCS and the MSA of the People’s

Republic of China. It is planned to BE accomplished by the end of March 2014 and

then delivered for the oil and gas development of the Bohai Bay.

In 1977, Yantai Shipbuilding Plant (predecessor of CIMC RAFFLES) constructed

the base-type drilling platform “Shengli No. 1”. Thirty-six years have passed,

with enriched experience on high-end Offshore equipment construction;

CIMC RAFFLES was once again awarded the order of self-elevating drilling

platform “New Shengli No. 1”. For the past 36 years, the marine drill ing

platforms of Shengli Oilfield have been evolved from “Shengli No. 1” to

“Shengli No. 10”. During such period, CIMC RAFFLES constructed “Shengli No.

3” and repaired/reconstructed “Shengli No. 2”, “Shengli No. 3”, “Shengli No.

5”, “Shengli No. 6” and “Shengli No. 8” for Shengli Oilfield. In 2012, Sinopec

signed strategic cooperation provider agreement of CIMC RAFFLES. The

construction of the “New Shengli No. 1” was the symbol of a new round

higher cooperation of both parties.

The “New Shengli No. 1” is a key construction project of Sinopec as well as the marine

drilling platform with the largest size and most advanced supporting facilities for

Shengli Oil Field. The construction of the “New Shengli No. 1” will not only carry

forward the marine exploration of Shengli Oilfield but also lay firm foundation for

Sinopec Oilfield Service Shengli Corporation to implement the “Going Out” strategy

and enhance the marine drilling markets. It will effectively enhance the marine

exploration and drilling construction ability as well as the market competitive edges of

marine drilling markets at home and abroad. It will also add new momentum for the

achievement of the goal of promoting specialized development, pacing up high-end

and top-ranking development for Sinopec and precisely guarantee the development

of large-sized marine oilfields and stable production of crude oil.

Nor th Dragon Nor th Sea Deepwater

Semisubmersible Dril l ing Platform for

Norway North Sea Rigs As was started in

CIMC RAFFLES Yantai Base, which is the fifth

deepwater semisubmersible drilling platform

CIMC RAFFLES constructs for Norway North

Sea and will serve for the Barents Sea Oil and

Gas Field of the North Sea of Norway. North

Dragon is the first EPC semisubmersible

drilling platform project in China.

In North Sea and Arctic Circle sea areas,

it’s highly demanded for the performance

of the offshore equipment due to the

extremely cold climate as well as the severe

sea conditions. “North Dragon” employs

GM4-D design, with basic design collectively

undertaken by Global Maritime and CIMC

RAFFLES and specific design and construction

design undertaken by CIMC RAFFLES. The

platform is the upgrading and optimization

based on the current design and construction

experience with reference to the latest North

Sea design philosophy. Therefore, its working

performance and comfort level improves

fur ther. Nor th Sea meets the towage

requirements of ice zone, and could operate

platform is equipped with DP3 system and

8-spot mooring system, which satisfies the

NMD requirements as well as NORSOK and

classed by DNV. I ts drill ing package is

provided by NOV, with highly automated

drilling process and the ability of riser

operating offline.

In the middle of March, Shenzhen South CIMC Logistics Co., Ltd. officially signed

BUSDECK Yearly Transportation Contract with Sinotruk Hubei HUAWIN Special

Vehicle Co., Ltd. in Wuhan, Hubei. According to the Contract, Shenzhen South

CIMC Logistics Co., Ltd. will undertake the transportation of the 600 heavy trucks

of HUAWIN to Africa in the entire 2013. The Company has successfully transported

their first batch of 100 heavy trucks to Africa on April 2, marking a new stage of the

application of the independent innovative “BUSDECK Commercial Vehicle Container

Liner Ship Transportation Program” in the transportation and logistics fields in the

domestic heavy truck industry. Such mode has been accepted by various heavy

truck manufacturers in China.

The revolutionary Overseas Commercial Vehicle Container Liner Ship Transportation

Program of BUSDEC has gradually changed the traditional view of the main engine

manufacturers that logistics of the commercial vehicle industry can only rely on

simplex transportation mode of roll-roll or break bulk ships. It is also a breakthrough

for the bottleneck that the roll-roll or break bulk ships are limited in shipping space

and lines and unstable in shipping date. Instead, it offers alternative solution with

low costs, wide line coverage and weekly liner transportation. Currently, BUSDECK

has provided strong supports for major domestic commercial vehicle manufacturers,

such as Xiamen King Long, Sinotruk and JAC Motors in exploring overseas markets.

The Weichai Power engines and corresponding parts and accessories had been

trapped by traditional paper and carton packages for a long time. In 2009, CIMC

solve such problem by Unibox net cage. It can effectively substitute traditional

disposal packages such as wooden cases and cartons and can provided quite strong

utility. According to statistics after the application of Unibox net cage, Weichan

found a reduction of 30% on packages and logistics costs just for the exhaust

pipe products in Jinan. It is thus clear of the cost reduction, which is beyond the

expectation.

With superiorities such as saturated loading rate, bearing structural strength of

1.5 tons, folded stacking, half-fold pattern structural design, quick loading and

unloading, green and environmental protection, Unibox web cage can reduce the

processes of secondary decomposition and re-unpacking and thus cut down the

damages of parts by impacts. This not only enhances the loading rates of some

types of parts but also improves the package image of the products.

For the overall solution of standardized packages of CIMC, three operation modes

of net cage logistics of voyage charter, time charter and recycling are available in

a combined and flexible manner, which has greatly lowered the direct packing

costs and hidden packing costs of the clients. In the steel recycling net cages, CIMC

designed Unibox net cages with universal, standardized and serial features so as

to make them highly adaptable among different industries, different products and

different clients.

The Unibox net cages are mainly applied for the storage and mechanized

turnover and handling of relatively heavy articles and are especially applicable for

industries such as automobile, motorcycle, household appliance, machinery and

hardware. It has gradually become a standard logistics container for manufacturing

manufacturers. In addition, based on the research, development and manufacturing

中集天達為中澤建工建造國內 最大智能機械立體車庫CIMC-TianDa Manufactures China’s Largest Smart Automatic Parking System for CCHI

Recently, after several rounds of supplier investigation, technological demonstration

and bidding competition of CCHI, with excellent comprehensive strength, CIMC-

TianDa successfully stood out from several renowned garage providers within the

industry and finally was awarded the bid of CCHI Garden Underground Mechanical

Garage Project.

The cost of construction of mechanical garage equipment of the Project is about RMB60

million. The Project is the largest smart automatic parking system project in China

in recent years. CIMC-TianDa applied the plane movable type technologies with full

proprietary intellectual property rights and designed nine sets of underground stereo

parking systems involving 36 accesses and about 2,500 mechanical parking lots. Project

Highlights: 1. Convenient, quick, low-carbon and green parking mode from multiple

aspects to provide comfortable parking experience of the drivers; 2. The continuous

average vehicle parking/taking time of single set of parking system is lower than 60 s, a

globally leading vehicle parking/taking speed; 3. The average floor space of sing lot is no

greater than 6 m2, greatly increasing the land utilization.

The Project has fully exhibited the innovative ideologies and manufacturing abilities

of the high-end smart parking system solutions of CIMC-TianDa. In future, CIMC-

TianDa will continue to enhance the research, development and manufacturing

abilities in the field of automatic parking system and further consolidate its leading

position within the industry.

a swarm of bees. Therefore, CIMC ENRIC

must have its own characteristics. Presently,

CIMC ENRIC has established the basic

orientation of development of midstream

equipment and engineering ser vices.

Efforts should be mainly made to reinforce

the long tube trailer product, enhance the

small-sized liquefied products, and develop

railway tank container, vehicle-mounted

LNG gas cylinder and engineering service

fields. Meanwhile, further efforts should be

made to explore markets in Southeast Asia,

former Soviet Union and North America,

make coordinative utilization on related

resources of the Group and establish an LNG

ecological circle.

Since this year, as guided by the operation

pr inciple of “Key Impor tance to LNG

Industrial Chain”, the CIMC Energy, Chemical

and Food Equipment Unit has witnessed a

steady flow of news of victory in the LNG

markets. In May, the first maximum volume

LNG vehicle under the brand of “Hongtu”

was successfully manufactured. It is a natural

gas transport semitrailer with the bearing

capacity of 56.1 m3, adding another CMIC

ENRIC top product for China’s LNG industrial

chain. Meanwhile, the Company has also

joined hands with PetroChina, Beij ing

Jiaotong University and China Railway

Corporation (former the Ministry of Railways)

and developed the first LNG Railway Tank

Container under the brand of ENRIC, marking

the new era of railway LNG transport. In the

beginning of June, the ENRIC skid-mounted

CNG gas station and substation trailer were

successfully exported to Russia. And also

in June, the Company joined hands with

PetroChina and Jinan Diesel to collectively

accomplish the program of “Changjiang

Gasification”, which was a fuel transfer

project from oil to gas on river vessel. The

LNG Marine Fuel Tank under the brand of

“Hongtu” was awarded the qualification

authentication of the CCS, which was the

pioneering application of LNG in inland river

transportation. Such innovative efforts have

enhanced the strength and confidence of

CIMC to fully push up the LNG industrial

chain in future 5-10 years.

Therefore, when mentioned the future

development goal of LNG ecological circle,

Gao Xiang pointed out that, the CIMC

Energy, Chemical and Food Equipment Unit

would continuously conduct serial research

and exploration efforts on new markets and

business opportunities of the energy fields,

for example, the natural gas equipment

markets in North America, global biomass

gas liquidation project market, shale gas and

oil uniform equipment market, medium and

small sized liquidation plants in China, “Oil to

Gas” project for LNG heavy trucks in China,

LNG marine tank projects. Also the Company

would make continuously exploration on

new development opportunities and discuss

the possibility to enter new energy fields.

The market exploration of the natural gas

equipment markets in North America would

be positively promoted as a key task within

the unit. Meanwhile, the Company would

attach key importance on the “untouched”

key equipment and engineering fields in

the LNG industrial chain unit such as new

business of LNG immersed pump, shale gas

equipment, etc.

Hence, the CIMC Energy, Chemical and

Food Equipment Unit has made full efforts

into the LNG equipment and engineering

industrial chain.

  液化天然气是一种无色、无味、无腐蚀性、无毒

的清洁能源,是天然气经过脱除重烃、硫化物、二氧

化碳和水等杂质后再冷却到-1620C时所得到的液体。

  LNG比CNG更方便储存及运输,同时在用于动力时

可提供更好的续航能力。LNG比CNG更纯净,具有更高

的热值,燃烧时能提供更多的热量并且燃烧非常充

分,仅产生二氧化碳和水,是清洁环保的绿色能源。

  LNG的燃点比柴油和汽油都要高得多(6500C),而

且天然气密度较低,在发生泄漏时会很快扩散,同时

LNG爆炸极限4.7~15%,比汽油为1~5%,柴油为

0.5~4.1%宽,LNG比汽柴油更难达到爆炸的条件,

所以LNG使用安全性较高。但LNG与水的热传递效率特

别高,在直接遇水时会加剧挥发并LNG蒸汽爆炸,因

此在LNG泄露时不能用水灭火。目前我国LNG价格较

低,同等条件下,使用LNG比使用燃油能节省费用30%

左右。

LNG is the liquefied natural gas extracted when cooled down to -162°C after the remove of heavy

hydrocarbon, sulfide, carbon dioxide, water and other impurities. It is the clean energy that is colorless,

odorless, non-corrosive and non-toxic.

LNG is easier to be stored and transported, and is cleaner than CNG. Airplanes fueled by LNG will

enjoy longer flight endurance. As the clean, green and environmental-friendly energy with higher

calorific value compared with CNG, LNG gives off far more heat due to the possible full combustion

during which it produces carbon dioxide and water only.

Characteristic of relatively lower density but higher ignition point at 650°C that is enormously

higher than that of diesel or gasoline, LNG diffuses fast in case of leakage. However, higher security is

guaranteed during the use of LNG in that it is hard to reach its explosion limit (4.7~15%), which not

only is higher, but also ranges wider than that of gasoline (1~5%) or of diesel (0.5~4.1%). The heat

transfer efficiency is rather high between LNG and water, thus it is forbidden to put out fire induced

by the leakage of LNG with water because the volatilization would be further intensified if LNG was

exposed to water, which might result in the vapor explosion of LNG. LNG now is at relatively lower

price in the domestic market, which means, under the same conditions, LNG will help its users to

considerably cut down 30% from their costs compared with fuel oil.

5月,深圳中集天達空港設備有限公司(以下簡稱“中集天達”)與武夷山機場正式簽署《武夷山機場擴建工程登機橋採購合同》。簽字雙方當時還沒有意識到,這看似普通的一份供貨合同,却蘊藏着一個值得紀念的時刻:

中集天達旅客登機橋在中國民航的客戶群達到了100個機場。

100這個數字,對於中國人來說通常意味着一份圓滿。而這個100,對於中集天達人來說,則代表了一段24年的奮斗史、一份對未來的憧憬。

1989年,現今的中集集團開始進軍民航旅客登機橋領

集天達首批研發生產的3台登機橋於1990年成功交付給天津張貴莊機場使用。至此,在國內民航大型機電設備當中,終於有了完全自主知識產權的中國製造的身影。

In May, Shenzhen CIMC-TianDa Airport Support

Co., Ltd. signed the Purchasing Contract on

Boarding Bridges for Extension Project of Wuyishan

Airport. At the signing ceremony, both parties

didn’t realized that, there was a memorable

moment behind such an seemingly ordinary

supply contract, the Wuyishan Airport is

the 100th CAAC airport client of passenger

boarding bridges for CIMC-TianDa.

Generally, the number of “100” means

consummation for the Chinese. But for CIMC-

TianDa, it represents a painstaking history for 24

years as well as the visions for future.

In 1989, the now CIMC began to establish

business in civil aviation passenger boarding

bridge field. The first batch of three boarding

bridges researched and developed by CIMC-

TianDa was successfully delivered to Tianjin

Zhangguizhuang Airport for operation in

1990. It was not until the time of delivery that

there were “made-in-China” elements with full

proprietary intellectual property rights in the

large-sized electromechanical devices of the

civil aviation in China.

After the delivery of boarding bridges to Tianjin

Zhangguizhuang Airport, CIMC-TianDa had

successively delivered other boarding bridges

to airports such as Shantou Waisha, Shanghai

Hongqiao and Shenzhen Bao’an and had

gradually gained a firm foothold in the markets

that were monopolized by exported products.

In 1996, CIMC-TianDa stood out in the fierce

competition with many boarding bridge

providers of the world and won the 49

boarding bridges of T2 Terminal of Beijing

Capital International Report. The excellent

performance of the boarding bridges of CIMC-

TianDa had drawn attentions of leaders of

the Party and the country. In April 1997, the

then Chinese Vice Premier Zou Jiahua visited

and surveyed in CIMC-TianDa and left the

inscription of “Go Global to Win Honor for the

Country”. CIMC-TianDa has never failed such

encouragement. Time files, 16 years have

passed. Now, the passenger boarding bridges

of CIMC-TianDa are not only widely spread

in 100 airports in China but also exported to

74 airports in 46 countries and regions in the

world. The Company has become the leader

of the global boarding bridge industry and

fulfilled its honorable mission to go global to

win honor for the country.

Nowadays, when the Chinese travel to other

countries, not matter at the Charles de Gaulle

Airport in Paris, France, or Holland Amsterdam

Airport, Italy Milan Airport, Saudi Arabia

Jeddah Airport, Australia Melbourne Airport,

Canada Winnipeg Airport … passengers

would probably make his/her first step on the

CIMC-TianDa boarding bridge made in China.

Wandering along the bright corridor and

enjoying the pretty foreign landscapes, it is

believed that all Chinese with such experience

would feel a little bit proud from within.

CIMC-TianDa cannot grow without the supports

and tolerances of the clients of CAAC for so many

years. They have given the space for vigorous

development and drive for continuous

improvement for the clients. Drinking water,

one should think of its source. While having

become the industrial leader, CIMC-TianDa

never forgets to reward the clients with more

developed and advanced products and

higher quality services. Meanwhile basing

on quality and safety, the CIMC-TianDa has

been attaching importance to technological

innovations and making efforts to make

transformation from “Made in China” to “Created

by China”. Presently, the Company has applied

235 international patents and obtained 141

authorizations. Meanwhile, to adapt different

airport environments of different countries

and regions, the Company has successively

researched and developed hydraulic drive

boarding bridges, full electromechanical drive

boarding bridges (more suitable for plateaus,

cold and tropical zones), combination drive

boarding bridges (Serve C, D and E), A380

boarding bridges (for A380 upper cabin door),

regional aircraft boarding bridges (serve C,

EMB145/190, CRJ200/700/900, etc.). Up to

present, CIMC-TianDa can provide boarding

bridges with the widest application regions

and aircraft types in the world.

One should try to do still better after having

achieved a fair degree of success. CIMC has

never been contented facing the achievements.

With the powerful motivation of scale-based

development of CIMC, CIMC-TianDa is now

vigorously marching to the strategic goad of

the production value of RMB6 billion within

five years. By independent research and

development as well as M&A within the industry,

CIMC-TianDa is now continuously exploring

the production line of civil aviation equipment

manufacturing and the global market coverage.

The passenger luggage system independently

developed by CIMC-TianDa has made

outstanding performance in over ten airports

at home and abroad just in three years. And the

acquisition and reformation with the renowned

foreign luggage system manufacturing

enterprise is almost accomplished. In the

beginning of 2012, CIMC-TianDa acquired the

Xiefa Airport Facility Ltd., which was formerly

under the Capital Airport. Together with the

original basis of independently developed food

truck, platform truck and ice-melter trucks of

CIMC-TianDa, a blueprint for airport ground

vehicles has basically taken shape.

In the golden autumn of October, 2013, the

Shenzhen HQ Research and Production Base

of CIMC-TianDa will be moved to the CIMC-

TianDa Industrial Park, which covers an area of

about 140,000 m2 and is located closely next to

Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport. A giant

ship that is unprecedented in the history of

aviation and ground equipment manufacturing

industry is well prepared and is ready to sail out

of the Shenzhen Bay towards the morning sun

and into the deep blue ocean.

開拓勇士號半潛式支持平台是由中集100%自主研發設計的深水起重生活平台,是世界起重能力最大的無橫撑結構的半潛式支持平台,具有 3600噸重型起吊能力。該平台具備升級改造成鑽井平台和大型 J-LAY鋪管船的儲備能力,是目前運營的深海半潛式起重生活平台都不具備的。開拓勇士號試航時最高航速可達11.9節,具有 618人的居住能力,噪音和振動標準滿足 UK HSE的要求。

中國船級社海工技術中心主任楊清峽認為,該平台打破了半潛式平台傳統的設計理念,技術先進,在平台設計與建造方面達到了國際領先水平。

Explorer Lifter Supporting Platform: 100% Made in China

The Explorer Lifter is a deepwater lifting life platform of the world as well as the

cross-brace free semi-submersible type supporting platform with the greatest

lifting capacity in the world. It has a lifting capacity of 3,600 tons. The Platform

has reserved capacity to be transformed and upgraded as drilling platform and

large-sized J-LAY pipe-laying ship, which is not available for all deepwater semi-

submersible type lifting life platforms currently operated. The maximum speed

of the trial voyage of the Explorer Lifter was as high as 11.9 knots and can hold

618 people for living. The noise and vibration standards are all in line with UK

HSE requirements.

Yang Qingxia, Director of Offshore Technology Center of CCS deemed that,

the platform was a breakthrough of traditional semi-submersible platform,

and is advanced technologically and globally leading in platform design and

construction.

On the morning of June 25, CIMC held its

first Technological Innovation Exhibition.

themed blocks of new material, modernized

manufacturing, containerization, vehicle,

energy and chemical industry and Offshore

and involved 36 items. The Exhibition

COSL Series deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms are the first batch of

deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms delivered by China and rank most

advanced in the deepwater semi-submersible drilling platforms in the world. It

symbolizes that China has broken through the monopoly of South Korea, Singapore,

Japan and western countries on high-end Offshore equipment projects and put

an end to the history that Chinese enterprises were not capable to build high-end

deepwater monopolizes. Therefore, it’s of milestone significance for the Offshore

industry of China. The series of platforms serve for the North Sea of Norway, where

the sea conditions are most severe in the world. With excellent quality, the series of

products have been widely recognized by the dominant clients. The first platform

COSLPIONEER of such series has been ranked first in the comprehensive appraisal

of over 30 drilling platforms operated in the North Sea by Statoil respectively in

May 2012 and February 2013 and has been evaluated “Star Platform of the Month”

Refrigerator Truck Series Products for North America: Perfect Presentation of Modularization Ideology

The refrigerator truck series products for North America apply modularized and

in China and the entire truck is assembled in the United States after being

Case 3: 9200TEU Container Vessel: Funded by China + Technology of China + Made in China

On September 22, 2012, CIMC respectively signed the chartering contract

and shipbuilding contract with CMA-CGM and a domestically renowned

shipbuilding company in China on ten 9200TEU container vessels, marking a

successful resource integration of CIMC as well as the initiation of a new mode

in shipbuilding market operation, which made strong influence in the shipping

industry at home and abroad. The Project may not only bring long-term and

stable rent profits for CIMC but also remarkable design and technological

service benefits. It also brought huge social benefits and business opportunities

for the depressed shipbuilding markets as well as related industries in China.

The 9200TEU extra-large container vessel independently researched, developed

and designed by CIMC ORIC passed the joint review of ABS, BV, GL and CCS as

well as renowned experts within the industry, with technical indicators reaching

internationally leading levels of ships of similar types. Several key technologies

have obtained the intellectual property protection of the State Patent Office.

Hence, CIMC has paced up into the mainstream international markets of such

vessel type.

2000公里,48小時,一座“醫院”

從揚州搬到了雅安,中集與中科院以最快的速度為雅安地震災區人民帶來急需的專業醫療設備及服務。中集模塊化建築的可移動性、高效快捷等特點在這一次救災行動中發揮了關鍵作用。4月 25

下午 15點,經過簡短的交接儀式後,全科模塊化箱房醫院已投入使用。

快速反應

4月 22日,四川省雅安市蘆山縣發生 7.0級強震後的第三天,由中集集團和中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院(以下簡稱先進院)聯合捐贈的“全科模塊化箱房醫院”由揚州裝車馳援災區。這將有效緩解災區 1萬多傷員最緊要的治療環節。所有的醫療箱房全部用於組建醫療救助站,幫助災區的受傷人員以及醫

動、微縮版的醫院。麻雀雖小,五臟俱全,它由 9個 40英尺和 2個 20英尺的標準集裝箱組成,是雙方運用專業的模塊化建築研發及製造技術與科學院低成本健康系統技術聯合研制,其中 8個較大的功能模塊主要承擔診斷、

住院、藥房等功能,每個箱體面積達20多平方米;另外 2個則起到提供緊急用電、傳達室(災區可用作調度室)

的作用。“全科模塊化箱房醫院”功能齊全,設有男科、女科、輸液室、

藥房、休息觀察室、掛號、衛生間等。

在醫療設備的配備上,有 B超、血細胞分析儀、監護儀、生化分析儀、心電圖機、洗胃機、吸氧機、備用發電機等,基本能夠滿足一般的醫療診治需要。這些設備已經完整地安装在集裝箱內,運到災區後通上水電即可投入使用。

療工作者建造一座可移動、微縮版的醫療工作站。

這批箱房原本是先進院低成本健康項目產品,由其屬下企業“中科強華”

為執行科技部“健康非洲”項目定制,

由中集集團成員企業揚州潤揚物流裝備有限公司研發製造,正要發往非洲。雅安發生地震後,中集集團與中國科學院快速啟動賑災機制,雙方緊急磋商,臨時改為捐贈,並與四川省委、省政府溝通和協調接收機構,得到了四川省委、

省政府的高度重視和快速回復,落實雅安市人民醫院為受贈方。

經過 48小時的連續不間斷陸路運輸,“全科模塊化箱房醫院”在四川雅安人民醫院內進行安裝調試。夜幕降臨,箱房醫院的安裝工作仍然在有條不紊地緊張進行。經過逐一地通電、安裝設備,引來了經過的人群駐足觀看,包括醫院的醫生。值得一提的是:模塊化建築實現了標準集裝箱化運輸。可以看到:在高速公路上,它們和其它物流車輛相比,並無區別。無論在運輸的便利

性,還是速度,甚至不用像其它貨物一樣進行複雜的捆綁,

而是通過集裝箱角件快速裝用。

僅僅兩天時間,它可以轉運數千里,集裝箱模塊化建築在應急方面的優勢無可比擬。如果說集裝箱改變了世界,那么集裝箱模塊化建築將有機會改變建築業。

超出期望的“醫院”

在剛剛打開的一台箱房里,兩名來自雅安人民醫院的醫生進入箱房內的注射室查看。設備的配備程度,讓人不敢相信眼前,真的是一座移動小醫院。主治醫生高興地說:“沒有想到設備這么齊全,真是太好了!而且箱子裏面的環境也很不錯,就像一個真正的房子。”

雅安市人民醫院領導非常感謝中集集團和中科院對災區人民的貢獻,箱房醫院非常有用。他們將採取平災相結合的辦法,平時有平時的用法,災時有災時的用法,爭取把集裝箱醫院的效用,

發揮到最大化。

雅安人民醫院共收治了數百名災區傷員,箱房醫院可以起到分流檢查治療、

CIMC General Modularized Container Building Hospitals Aids Ya’an Disaster Area

Covering a distance of 2,000 km just in

48 hours, a “hospital” was moved from

Yangzhou to Ya’an. With the best speed, the

CIMC and CAS brought the professional

medical equipment and services that were

urgently needed by the people in the Ya’an

disaster area. Features such as mobility, high

efficiency and convenience have played a

key part in the disaster relief. At 3 p.m. of

April 25, after a short and brief handover

ceremony, the genera l modular i zed

container hospital was put into operation.

Quick Response

On Apr i l 22 , the th i rd day a f te r the

7.0-magnitude earthquake that hit Ya’an of

Sichuan, the General Modularized Container

Hospital co-donated by CIMC and SIAT of

CAS was sent from Yangzhou to the disaster

area. This may effectively relieve the most

crucial treatment links of the over 10,000

injuries in the disaster area. All the medical

containers were used to form the Medical

Aid Station, which is a movable and micro

medical work station for all injuries and

medical staff of the disaster area.

S u c h c o n t a i n e r b u i l d i n g s we re l o w

cost health products of SIAT and were

customized for the “Healthy Africa” Program.

The products were researched, developed

and manufactured by CIMC Yangzhou

Runyang Logistic Equipment Co., Ltd. and

were about to send to Africa. After the Ya’an

earthquake, CIMC and CAS quickly initiated

the quick disaster relief mechanism. Upon

emergent negotiation, such container

buildings were denoted as the case required.

Both par t ies also communicated and

coordinated with the CPC Committee and

People’s Government of Sichuan Province

for the reception organ. The CPC Committee

and People’s Government of Sichuan

Province attached high importance and

made quick reply to confirm the People’s

Hospital of Ya’an as the receiving party.

What Is General Modularized Container

Hospital

It is a movable and microform hospitable

co-researched by CIMC and SIAT. Though

small in size, it provides comprehensive

functions. The hospital consists of nine 40

foot and two 20 foot standard containers

and is co-developed by both parties based

on professional modularized building

research, development and manufacturing

technologies and the low cost health system

technologies of CAS. The eight relatively

large functional modules are mainly for

functions such as diagnosis, hospitalization

and pharmacy with the floor area for each

container of over 20 m2. The remaining two are

used for UPS and reception office (dispatching

room for disaster area) functions. The hospital

is provided with comprehensive functions

with andrology, gynecology, transfusion

room, pharmacy, rest and observation room

as well as toilet. Medical equipment equipped

involve type-B ultrasonic, hematology

analyzer, monitor, biochemical analyzer,

electrocardiogram machine, stomach irrigator,

Oxygen Setup and standby generator, etc,

which can basically meet general diagnosis

a n d t r e a t m e n t r e q u i r e m e n t s . S u c h

equipment was completed attached in the

containers and was ready for use with power

and water supplies after they’re delivered to

the disaster area.

Rushing to the West

After the non-stop road transportation

of 48 hours, the General Modularized

Container Hospital was delivered to the

People’s Hospital of Ya’an for installation and

debugging. The night fell, the installation of

the hospital was still being carried out in a

tense and orderly manner. Equipments are

powered and installed item by item, which

attracted many people to stop, including

doctors from the hospital. It should be

noted that, the modularized buildings can

be made containerized transportation. As

we may see on the expressway, there just

have no difference with other logistics

vehicles. It has superiorities no matter on the

convenience or speed of transportation. It

may even not require complicated binding

like other goods and may be quickly applied

by container fittings.

It just took two days for the hospital to travel

for thousands of kilometers. The superiorities

of the container modularized buildings are

incomparable in emergencies. If we say it is

container that has shifted the world, we may

also say it is the modularized building that

may take the chance to shift the building

industry in future.

A “Hospital” Beyond Expectation

Two doctors from the People’s Hospital of

Ya’an entered the injection room within a

container newly opened. They could believe

the degree of equipment arrangements: It’s

really a mobile small hospital. One attending

doctor said pleasantly: “I can never expect it

has such comprehensive equipments. That’s

fantastic. The indoor environment is also

perfect, just like a real house.”

Leaders of the People’s Hospital of Ya’an

expressed their great appreciation to the

contribution of CIMC and CAS for the

people in the disaster area and the container

hospital was quite useful. And they would

apply a combined method to make the best

of the container hospital at ordinary times

and disaster times accordingly.

The People’s Hospital of Ya’an received

hundreds of injuries from the disaster area. And

the container hospital played a practical role in

triage, treatment, operation and diagnosis. In

one word, the General Modularized Container

Hospital had solved the emergent problem

of injury rescue and treatment at disaster

times and was of great practical values for the

People’s Hospital of Ya’an.

The General Modularized Container Hospital

was another quick response of the CIMC

of the professional modularized building

technologies following the Wenchuan

earthquake. It’s the Group’s efforts to contribute

for the disaster area in Sichuan and fulfill the

social responsibilities of the enterprise.
