The hard work is done! Your home was ready to be listed, we received a contract, negotiated and then finalized. We’re not done yet. The home will still have to be appraised to ensure the sales price is within market values and the title will be pulled to ensure it is clear for the next buyer. Everything else is just a waiting game for the buyer’s final loan approval. Closing typically occurs at an attorney’s office and you will walk away feeling very accomplished!
