Digital• Shared on JPICH website.• Shared on the Heritage Portal website, both in LATEST NEWS and in a new dedicated SRA area within ABOUT US.• Shared via the Heritage Portal FACEBOOK and TWITTER feeds.• Good user interaction (shares, likes, views etc.)

Press• Sample Press Release issued to all partners

Print• Each country has received 30 print copies of the SRA from Coordinator• To be distributed to Policy Makers/Influencers and Research Funders

Events• 2 events planned within WP6 (one focusing specifically on the SRA)

4. SRA COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

Remember that the SRA is a policy document and has been written with this function in mind.

Please disseminate accordingly.

Communicating the SRA is a collaborative effort. Please continue to actively promote the document

• On your organisational websites/social media pages• At any CH events that you attend• Via any relevant press/journal channels• By disseminating the print document widely.

5. PILOT CALL PROJECTS COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

• Factsheets for each project currently being prepared.

• All project updates shared via Heritage Portal and Social Media channels.

• Please continue to promote the Pilot Call projects - with a strong emphasis on their link to the JPICH - via your own websites and other communications channels.

• Please continue to emphasise to the Pilot Call participants funded by your organisation the importance of sharing updates via the Heritage Portal.

6. HERITAGE PORTAL AS ‘KNOWLEDGE HUB’

Chapter 7 of the Action Programme: “Implementation a nd management of cooperation and role of Heritage Portal as knowledg e hub”

•An online location for sharing action programme activities•An online location for communicating the Pilot Call and Heritage+ projects

•A partner search facility or partner hub

•An online location for sharing the existing cultural heritage resources in Member States

oFirst proposed in March 2013 Steering Committee meetings. o Reminder at October 2013 Steering Committee meetings.o However very few links to databases and existing resources forwarded.o This development depends very much on existing resources being made available.

7. PROPOSED WP6 EVENTS

1 – A ONE-DAY CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOP FOCUSED ON THE SUCCESSFUL PILOT CALL PROJECTS• Dublin, Ireland• Originally planned for July but if a 6-month extension is available, we will extend this date, to allow the projects get fully underway.• Presentations, with Q&A from each of the ten projects. • Worskshops on common themes. • Also to be video-recorded and made available online.

2 – A ONE DAY CONFERENCE BASED AROUND THE THEMES OF ALIGNMENT & INNOVATION AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (tbc)• Rome, Italy• Closing event for JHEP (October 2014 or March 2015 pending 6-month extension)• Format TBC
