Puneet BhasinSENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Puneet leads Waste Management’s (WM) Information Technology and Logistics functions. Prior to joining WM in 2009, Puneet held the positions of SVP, Global Product & Technology and CIO, North America for Monster Worldwide. His background includes over 25 years of IT and logistics experience and he has served as senior vice president with Putnam Investments and as senior vice president and CIO for Greenlight.com. Bhasin holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India and an M.S. in operations research from Ohio State University.

David LogsdonVICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

David runs an organization of more than 150 people focused on HR and financial applications, hazardous and medical waste disposal applications, business intelligence, and eBusiness strategy and execution. David is also responsible for the Project Managment Organization (PMO), Quality Assurance (QA), training and user interface design functions. Prior to joining WM, David held a variety of executive leadership positions at Monster Worldwide where he focused on product development and delivery for Monster.com’s core job seeker and employer internet properties in 40 different countries. Prior to joining Monster, David worked for Putnam Investments and General Electric. David holds a B.A. in history from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Keith LandauVICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Keith is responsible for leading a number of Waste Management’s corporate applications including MAS, Salesforce.com, Order-to-Cash (OTC), enterprise resource planning and master data management; his areas of focus include Customer Relationship Managment (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and data applications. Keith joined WM from Monster Worldwide where he served as vice president, global enterprise applications. Prior to Monster, Keith was a senior manager with Ernst & Young / Cap Gemini where he developed CRM solutions for the Financial Services industry. Keith holds a B.S. in computer science, mathematics and philosophy.

Mark MadsenVICE PRESIDENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Mark is responsible for leading a number of Waste Management programs including Onboard Computer Solutions (OCS), Operations Planning and Utilization System (OPUS), pricing, and eBusiness technology. Mark joined WM most recently from Monster Worldwide where he was vice president, product & technology, and Monster government solutions. While at Monster, Mark’s team was responsible for product management, software development, corporate applications, infrastructure and distributed computing. Previously, Mark was director of technology at PeopleSoft with responsibility for the PeopleSoft enterprise suite and for integration with many of the technologies we use at WM (IBM WebSphere, AS/400, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and WebMethods). Mark holds a B.S. in computer information systems and management science from Metropolitan State College, Denver, CO.

Gautam Roy VICE PRESIDENT OF INFRASTRuCTuRE, OPERATIONS & TECHNICAL SERVICES

Gautam is responsible for the strategic direction of Waste Management’s IT infrastructure, IT security and the applications serving the renewable energy segment and fleet. His background includes over 20 years of executive experience across a variety of industries. Before joining WM, Roy held several positions of increasing responsibilities with Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) for fourteen years. Prior to CBOE, Roy implemented Motorola’s IT infrastructure iand served as an engineer for Allied Signal. Roy holds a M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a B.A. in electrical engineering from University of Maryland and a B.S. in mathematics from Bowie State University.

Tom FeichtingerVICE PRESIDENT OF ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTuRE & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Tom is responsible for IT’s architectural strategy, data management process and roadmap development. Tom brings 30 years of experience to WM and most recently served as director of enterprise architecture and information management for Dana Holding Corporation, a world leading vehicle parts manufacturer. Prior to that, he served as director of enterprise architecture for General Motors Corporation and director of systems engineering for General Motors Europe. Earlier in his career, Tom held a vice president and chief technology officer position at Optate and spent several years as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies. Tom holds a B.S. in computer science from Washington University in St. Louis, MO.

VICE PRESIDENT OF ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTuRE & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Dr. Surya SahooVICE PRESIDENT & HEAD OF WM LOGISTICS

Surya heads WM Logistics, formerly Institute of Information Technology (IIT), and is responsible for providing logistic capabilities to Waste Management and its customers. Surya and his team at WM Logistics bring a broad range of experience in operations research, geographic information systems, industrial engineering and software development. Surya is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and holds B.S. in chemical engineering from NIT in Rourkela, India and M.S. and a Ph.D. in civil engineering from The University of Memphis, TN. WM Logistics is based in Magnolia, TX.
