•Rajan is a visionary, with over 30 years of experience in Consulting, Sales and Marketing, as an entrepreneur running a national marketing and distribution company and as a Professor at University of Rhode Island USA .He specialises in senior management advisory, strategy, organisational design, change management, retail operations, channel design and government policy. His sectoral experience is wide covering Consumer Goods, Auto, Engineering, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Logistics etc

•Rajan is well known in the industry and an acknowledged professional for creativity, deep understanding of business issues, strong ethics and a business network across the top Indian corporate and Government Ministries. He is an active speaker in several national level forums and seminars.

•His other accomplishments include many books and papers on Market entry and Product Adoption. He heads the Confederation of Indian Industries Committees on Retail, Logistics. FMCG and is deeply involved with the academia and is a Visiting professor at Management Institutes..
