Editing an Institutional Proposal ItispossibletoeditanInstitutionalProposal.ChangestoanInstitutionalProposalareexecutedbyOSPorBC.EditswillonlybeinitiatedtocorrectproposalinformationintheIPrecordtomatchthesubmittedproposal–e.g.ThetitleinIPdoesnotmatchthetitleincludedonthesubmittedproposal.

Steps

1. OpentheInstitutionalProposalinKC;itopenstotheInstitutionalProposaltab.

2. Click atthebottomofthepageandadialogboxappears.

3. Click andimplementeditstotheInstitutionalProposal.Whentheeditsarecomplete,clickthe actionbuttonatthebottomofthescreen.

4. ClickontheInstitutionalProposalActionstabandclick tofinalizethenewversionoftheInstitutionalProposal.Thisactioncreatesaninstitutionalrecord.
