– On the Budget Versions tab, on the Status menu, change the status to “Incomplete”. Click SAVE. Click Open.

Internal Attachments.

• Proposal tab – Organization Location panel: • FOR UCI LOCATIONS, use the lookup to search for building

name• Congressional District is now auto-populated based on the code

• Enter free text for *off-site locations only*

• Changes to workflow and access – contact your Departmental Security Administrator (DSA)

• Use MISC SPONSOR code 009850 as a placeholder

• Refrain from replying to KC-Admin-donotreply email notifications

• When in doubt, check the Route Log first, then SPA.

• On Proposal Tab, Document Overview panel, utilize “Explanation” field.
