Problem Remarks:

1. For quantity check, actual finding shipment quantity was 13851PCS instead of 13858PCS stated on order. Please refer to section A for details.

2. For KB345G (BST-226) item, actual the port style was USB instead of PS2 stated on client’s file. Please refer to below photos for details.

3. For BTS-01 item, no any mark on master carton, and the factory claimed that they would add a shipping label on carton before shipment.

General Remarks:

4. For all keyboard items, the model number on carton was not conformed to the one on client’s file, and the factory claimed that due to the model number on carton was client’s model, and the model number on client’s file was factory’s model.
