How to Create a “Google My Business” Account

Google My Business is a free tool that allows you to promote your Business Profile and business website on Google Search and Maps. With your Google My Business account, you can see and connect with your customers, post updates to your Business Profile, and see how customers are interacting with your business on Google.

Go to google.com/business/ Create a Google Account if you don’t already have one that you would like associated with your Business.

2In the field that says “Type your business name” enter “{agent name}, A Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, {O�ce Town} Real Estate Agent”.

3 Hit “Next” to accept the “Terms and Conditions”.

If you would like to add and addressselect “Yes” and hit “Next”.

If you would not like to add and addressselect “No” and hit “Next”.

Add your O�ce Address and hit “Next”.

An alert will appear saying that your o�ce is already registered. Select “None of these” and hit “Next”.

Add the areas where you would like to be found and hit “Next”. NOTE: This may limit you to appearing in these areas.

6 Select “United States” and hit “Next”.

7 Select “Real Estate Agents” and hit “Next”.

8 Add you phone and agent website address and hit “Next”.

9 Hit “Finish”.
