Unique Housing Benefit Insurance Protection for Landlords Our unique Rent Guarantee and Legal Protection Insurance provide landlords with protection should a tenant default on rental payments. The policy will, provided a claim has been accepted, pay rental income and the full costs of evicting the tenant.

The cover is ideally suited for landlords, letting agents and providers of temporary accommodation who work directly with a local authority housing service or a housing association.
