» We are a team of 18 passionate developers, totalling 131 years of programming experience in instant messaging, sales management, e-commerce and database management.

» We look to deliver value through working on projects attached to themes such as social networking, cloud services, online-to-offline (O2O), Internet of Things (IoT) and the sharing economy. Through our work, our clients have created new products, targeted commercial campaigns, improved operating efficiency, and provided better customer service.

» In the past we have developed a variety of modules and solutions, including standardised toolkits for general business settings, such as calling, messaging, e-commerce and cloud storage; We have also applied external SDKs to in-house solutions to facilitate specialised business usage.

The client’s visitors comprise predominantly of overseas travellers. Our client sees online shopping from the room’s TV as an opportunity to upsell a range of premium brands and local boutique products.

Issues Addressed

The platform is the first step towards enriching service offerings for our client. The delivery methodology should serve as a good blueprint for future ventures in areas such as smart room controls, automated helpdesk, travel and local information.

Having already integrated the client’s inventory and content manager system, the client is well established to offer social media related marketing and interactive portals, thus improving the ‘openness’ of the visitor experience.

Should the visitor require assistance, the reactive web application allows the customer service operator to remotely control the client web app for online shopping, such that the visitor can effectively call customer service to make the order on the TV screen.

The product delivery issue is addressed by organising the package to be sent to the local airport (where the visitor can pick up before boarding the home-bound flight), or delivered to the visitor’s home address.

The ‘Uberisation of real estate’ is a new phenomena in the market

Although nominally an open platform (where anyone can join to become an agent), several control and access levels had to be created to maintain the agency hierarchy.

Our Product team worked closely with the client’s newly established marketing team, and advised them on online/social media marketing strategies and techniques.

A mobile App for a Guangzhou based realty agency company (2016FY commission: RMB 40m), to move the agency business online.

The client captures a unique phenomena in the Chinese real estate market, where it can recruit casual work agents (much like Uber drivers) to sell first hand property.

Agents spend most of the day meeting clients and taking them to show flats, meaning that most of the work is carried off-site, causing control and reporting issues.

However the client is worried that usage of instant messaging Apps such as FB Messenger and WhatsApp may lead to data security/control and access issues.

The platform should also help with promoting thought leadership and sales stars, while improving agent to prospect interactions

The next steps of our engagement with the client will include future versions, with functions including channel management, e-commerce, CRM and social media marketing.
