Mr. Gogulski is an accomplished manager with a broad range of skillsrelated to the construction industry. He led teams in the delivery ofsignificant projects for Disney, General Electric, New York City Transit,George A. Fuller Co. and Teradyne. He completed construction of over3,000 residential units in four states as CEO of Drexcon, a Dallasbased general contractor. He is thoroughly familiar with all phases ofgeneral contracting, architect/engineering supervision, and constructionclaims. He helped resolve hundreds of cases in litigation throughout thecountry and overseas. Ralph M Parsons evaluated his performance as“outstanding” in all categories as Resident Construction Manager of twocontracts at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. He conducted seminars on theconstruction claims process at Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and New York.
Starting as Planner and Estimator in the Refinery Division of BechtelCorporation, Mr. Gogulski grew in progressively more responsiblesteps to Project Manager and Vice President with general contractors.He joined General Electric as Resident Construction Manager withresponsibility for construction of six industrial projects on the eastcoast, then was recruited by his supervisor to join Disney to overseedesign and construction of the Contemporary Resort Hotel atDisneyWorld, Orlando, FL. As Director of Facilities for Teradyne, hesupervised a capital expansion program for new facilities, worldwide.
His passion for construction and achievements have been recognizedby the American Society of Civil Engineers as well as his employers.Not wishing to lose this base of knowledge, Mr. Gogulski formedGogulski & Associates Inc. to provide solutions to some of industry’s
most challenging problems. His record as an expert witness forsettlement on claims, accidents and defects has few equals. He haslectured as keynote speaker for the Association of General Contractorsand the Industrial Development Research Council. The AmericanSociety of Civil Engineer’s awarded him a Certificate of Appreciation and$1,000 for his contribution to their Millennium Project in1999, and two ofhis articles were featured in McGraw-Hill’s Engineering News Record.

Directed quality control for the Predator Headquarters building and related support facilities for ageneral contractor on behalf of US Army Corps of Engineers.

Directed 22 school renovation and new construction programs from conception and design, throughconstruction and final closeout. Supervised numerous general contractors and construction managers.
New York City Transit – Brooklyn, NY
Administered construction contracts in the Infrastructure Department for complex transit and stationrenovation projects. Oversaw field offices for engineering, change orders, progress payments, andscheduling with full responsibility for cost, progress and client satisfaction. Supervised 8 engineers;
monitored and ensured project safety; directed and scheduled general contractors.Disney Contemporary Resort Hotel – Orlando, FL
Oversaw design and construction of this award winning monumental project. It was one yearbehind schedule when Mr. Gogulski assumed control, and turned it around. This required 1200 menworking two shifts seven days per week. Mr. Gogulski insisted the architect be on site full time whichsaved time and money.
Southeast Corridor Project, Kaiser Engineers – Boston, MA
As Development Manager. oversaw four architectural firms making up the urban design team in theplanning of Metropolitan Boston Transit Authority’s “Southeast Corridor,” a five mile long masstransit/urban development project, which includes seven subway stations, two Amtrak and four transitlines, five miles of park land, 36 bridge renovations, and five miles of road.
