The goal of Stångån is that you eventually be able to swim all over it, now you can just in Johannelund but it's far from it. We really need to

improve the water in Stångån for everything that ends up on the street and then goes down in Stångån. And what ends up in Stångån then end up in Roxen and then in the Baltic Sea. The closer you come to Roxen

the dirtier it gets.

To improve the water they want to build more so-called storm waterwarehouse that filters water so it gets cleaner. And they also wish that more will begin to have "green roofs" which consists of plants on the roof and improve existing facilities to improve.And out in the countryside they often have poor wells that don’t work properly and don’t provide clean water so they want to improve that. What you also can do to improve is to reduce or stop using fertilizers and don’t wash your car in the driveway.

It takes a very long time to make an idea of how to do something better come true. It may take several years and it's very expensive. It's very much to expand, you need to prepare the commune, private individuals and even politicians have to accept. One must also inform people if they have comments on it.
