The propertyBuilt in 2001, Furze Hill House is brick built with a tiled roof, the house sits in an elevated position commanding far-reaching southerly views. The front door opens onto a grand dining hall, with high ceilings and a bay window which frames the stunning views over the garden and beyond. To the left is the equally light and airy drawing room. It has a triple aspect, full height sash windows and a large central open fire. Across the dining hall is the real heart of the home; a large breakfast kitchen area leading round to a cosy snug.

The kitchen has been well thought out and is tastefully fitted with pale blue cupboards with wooden worktops, a large dining area, a five door Aga and built in Neff cooker and hob. Adjacent is the snug with open fire and French doors to the garden. Moving on through the snug to a corridor there is generous under stairs storage to the right and a study to the left, beyond this is a utility room and a boot room with WC. The boot room has French doors opening onto the gravelled parking area and to the rear, where there are two kennels. From the boot room a step up leads into a wonderful 30ft playroom. With further doors to the driveway and operating from a separate boiler, this room can become the perfect party space.

The first floor is accessed via an open galleried staircase from the main entrance hall. To the left is the principal bedroom which has a dual aspect windows and views over the gardens and tennis court. The ensuite has a claw-foot bath from which you overlook the tennis court and can watch the early morning sunrise. There are two further bedrooms on this floor, both with their own bathrooms and garden views and one has a Juliet balcony. Stairs rise to the second floor where there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

The annexe can be accessed via the first floor of the main house and also has its own private entrance from the driveway. Stairs lead up from the entrance to the sitting room with arched window and countryside views, a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The Annexe, which is separately rated, runs off the same oil, electric and water meters as the main house, but has the option of fitted electric storage heaters.

Accessed via an external door next to the boot room is a first floor home office with reception space under eaves storage and electric storage heaters.
