Why: Veteran's Heroes Program, in conjunction with the marathon, is offering spots ilitary runners interested in completing the Boston Marathon. Include your expected finish time on the applicatioote: Sponsorship has been obtained for this event and will be utilized for payment of round-trip airfare for all ten athletes from Southern Cal to Boon. OLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIEST/Mentorship program at Sandburg Elementary. It's a great opportunity for Marines that are looking for community service. The program is neeew volunteers for the second half of the school year. The program will run every Friday from 0750 until 0910. The requirements/events are as fowed: Uniform of the day is utility uniform, PT with the fifth graders at 0800, play games with them, Games consist of playing duck duck goose, kicall, relay races, and many more.
