Report Narrative
Ignitability by Method 1010
Sample 0706024-05. Tank 110, was not analysed due to the concern that the high concentration of HC1 or other acid woulddamage the Pensky-Martens apparatus.
Samples from tanks 101 and 113 (0706024-04 and 0706024-06, respectively) ignited at the first application of the flame and mayactually have a lower flash point.
Corrosivity and % water
Samples from station locations Tank 109 and Tank 110 were qualified with a I qualifier since the matrix of the sample is mostlikely interfering with the reaction that takes place in the percent water test. The values are expected to be lower.
Volatile Organic Analyses (VOC)
VOC testing was performed as screening to identify the high concentration organic constituents in two samples, Tank 113 andTank 117. Sample results are flagged J, estimated, because the samples were analyzed outside the 14 day recommended holdingtime and one sample, 0706024-06, Tank 113, was subsampled from ajar with headspace. This caused greater uncertainty in thecalculation of the final concentration, such as sample 0706024-06, Tank 113, with compounds totaling greater than 100%. Thissample was observed to be primarily acetone. The samples were analyzed at very high dilutions which did not allow for theexamination for tentatively identified compounds.

Notes and Definitions
Analyte included in the analysis, but not detected at or above the quantitation limit.
The identification of the analyte is acceptable; the reported value may be biased high. The actual value is expected to be less than thereported value.
The identification of the analyte is acceptable; the reported value is an estimate.
An interference exists which masks the true response. See report narrative for explanation.
Quality control value is outside acceptance limits.
No Flash.
NR Not Reported
RPD Relative Percent Difference
U Analyte included in the analysis, but not detected at or above the quantitation limit.
Quantitation Limit: The lowest concentration of an analyte that can be reliably measured within specified limits of precision and accuracy for aspecific laboratory analytical method and that takes into account analytical adjustments made during sample preparation and analysis.
SOLID SAMPLE RESULTS - REPORTING PROTOCOL: Solid samples where % Solids (percent dry wt at 105 degrees C) hasbeen performed, are analyzed wet and converted to a dry weight result for reporting purposes. This is routine for organics and mostinorganic analyses. When metals and mercury analyses are requested, solid samples are routinely analyzed and reported on a dryweight basis. Solid samples for metals/mercury are prepared for analysis by an initial drying at 60 degree C and homogenizationbefore digestion. Oil-type samples will be analyzed and reported on a wet weight basis for all analyses because of the nature of thesample. Any exceptions to the protocol will be noted with a qualifier
