Some advices to take into consideration for future reports (1)-content:– Despite the requests and as far as the description

of the activities in the report is concerned, we wanted to highlight that we appreciate the effort made in providing detailed information. We particularly appreciate the justification provided for the indicators with content related information. We would be grateful if you could keep this level of quality for future progress reports.

Some advices to take into consideration for future reports (2)-content:– The information provided on the participation in

other events is very vague. Therefore, further information is required on this issue. Please also note for future reports that the participation in other events has also to be clearly justified.

Some advices to take into consideration for future reports (3)-content:– the main publicity and information material has to

be provided to the JTS. We would be therefore grateful if you could provide with three copies of the main publicity materials.

Some advices to take into consideration for future reports (4)-content:– Thank you very much for providing the

‘Benchmark findings’ as annex. In addition, this document does not fully fulfil EU publicity requirements. The slogan is missing under the EU logo. Thanks for ensuring this requirement in all future promotional materials.

Some advices to take into consideration for future reports (5)-finance:– You mention that partner 9 could not report their costs for

the third period because of delays at the level of the centralised first level control system. However, for the next progress report, if this is still the case, please request an extension of deadline to the JTS in order to be able to include their costs in your progress report.

– please note that we will not accept your progress report 4 if you submit it without the costs of this partner for period 4 and without having requesting an extension of deadline which could allow you to include their costs. k

Some advices to take into consideration for future reports (6)-finance:

– "External expertise and services" section, provide some detailed explanation in the "justification of deviations (...)" section to justify why these unforeseen costs were incurred.

– Please, we ask you to provide precise descriptions of the the expertise not foreseen in the Application Form for next PRs.

– The partner control confirmation name as it is indicated in the application form. In case there has been a name change, please provides details about the background,

• We have written the JTS to request the 20% budget change. Waiting for the Request for a Change form.
