In Verona you can go rafting in a totally new way: from the calm waters of the Adige you can actually admire many monuments which overlook its banks, discov-ering the city “paddling”...

Trekking:Put the Backpack on your shoulder and go! Our guides will take you to dis-cover the routes that no map or book report. Among ancient villages, with beautiful views to the discovery of local people and their traditions, with tast-ing of typical products that in olive mills, cellars and mountain huts.

Nordic walking:with our FINW instructors, keeping up with the technique of Nordic Walking. The sport was born to train cross-country skiers also in the summer months, but it is now one of the most popular activities to walk fast in our beautiful nature. Rent with us your Nordic sticks and be prepared to march!

Sailboat:The Lake Garda is known throughout the world for its sailing activities. With racing boats Asso99, born right on the Lake Garda, the excitement of the sailing world is within your reach. With experienced skippers you will be able to sail the lake waters, with the sweet sound of the wind ... and the voice of your commander will give orders to maneuver, because you will be the crew that will work to make the boat 'fly'!

Canyoning:A short walk in the woods, to the entrance of a deep canyon carved by a creek ... and we begin. We will give you wetsuit, booties and harness... all the rest will come from you. A spirit of adventure, courage, and no worry about getting wet. This experience of canyoning will remain indelible in your minds forever.

Free climbing:Fully safely with the assistance of expert guides you will be able to climb on the natural rock walls, for an adrenaline rush! The walls are located at the north of the lake, but also near Garda. Real natural training for the more experienced, but also for those who want to approach eaily this sport.

Mountainbike…on Lake Garda

Program: (4 days/3 nights)

1st day: arrival at one of our 3 star Hotels in the area of Garda, Bardolino, Lazise or sorrounding.

Welcome drink. Meeting with our staff for the delivery of the bicycles and all the equipment. Briefing with them in order to get to know the functioning of the GPS. Dinner. Overnight.

2nd day: after breakfast the clients will go with the bikes to the starting point of the programmed tour and with their GPS they will easily reach all the points of the track with the certainty that they will find the right way. Return in the hotel. Dinner. Overnight.

3rd day: breakfast and start the second programmed tour. Dinner. Overnight.

For the discerning cyclist the satellite navigator is now an indispensable accessory and exclusively for Europlan all the cycle-paths in the area have been “mapped”. These cycle-paths connect the most beautiful villages of the Eastern side of Lake Garda, stretching as far as Mantova and include the city of Verona and the Garda hinterland.The clients will be accomodated in 3 star hotels in the area of Garda, Bardolino, Lazise or sorrounding area, from where the track start.Everyone will receive a complete Cycle-Kit which contains: 1 trekking bike (body height and f/m sex), bags (front and back) and helmet, GPS with the ap-pointed routes, repair-kit, road book and road maps.

Going along the various routes is also a good ex-cuse to savour the history and the culture of the areas:The Wine Tour takes you deep into the Bardolino wine-making area and at the same time leads you to where Napoleon fought his famous battle of Ri-voli in 1799.The Verona Tour leaves from Bardolino’s bus-sta-tion and takes you to the heart of the city of Verona via Bussolengo. You can come back the same way or you can take the bus.For nature-lovers there is the Monte-Baldo tour, after a transfer that takes you at a height of 1,342 metres in the village of Novezza the itinerary takes

you slowly back down to the lake along pathways completely immersed in woods and beautiful coun-try-side. A completely different route is offered with the Boat Tour, boat transfer from Bardolino to Sirmi-one and then back again by bike alongside the lake.For the more experienced cyclist there is the Min-cio Tour following cycle-paths from Bardolino all the way to Valeggio sul Mincio where a compulsory visit must be made to the stunning medieval village of Borghetto, the homeward part of the route takes you along 64km of wonderful flat paths in the Min-cio Natural Park back to Peschiera del Garda.So, itineraries to suit all levels and tastes and the opportunity to rent bikes too!

Canyoning & Bike

Program: (4 days/3 night)

1st day: arrival in a 3 star hotel in the Southern part of the lakes hinterland, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day: after breakfast make your own way to Affi, here the group will meet the canyoning guides. After a brief meeting, guides and group will take the coach for a short journey to the village of Brentino Belluno, at the foot of the majestic east wall of Mount Baldo. The participants will receive their equipment: harness, wet suit and shoes. After a short walk, the tour in the Brentino torrent will begin. See description...

Clients will have to bring a change of clothes and a towel

At the end of the tour, which will last approximately 4 hours, the group will move to a cellar close by and have a nice snack with cold meats, cheeses and a taste of local wines. Free afternoon and optional walk in a lakeside resort. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd day: after breakfast the group will go to the hills of Garda and receive mountain bikes and helmets. The tour is organised on an easy panoramic route which will take the group through the hills surrounded by olive trees and vineyards which grow the grapes that will make the Bardolino wine. The view of the bottom part of lake Gard is occasionally interrupted by the woods dense vegetation, which offers some refreshment during the hottest days of summer. After a gentle downhill ride the participants will arrive on the coast of the lake. Here during the hotter summer days the group can actually take a swim and freshen up before arriving in the centre of the resort of Garda where they can leave their bikes and have some free time to visit and have lunch. They can either dedicate their time to shopping or sit on the lakeside and enjoy a drink in one of the many lakeside bars.

For this excursion we suggest the group brings a change of clothes and a towel. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

4th day: breakfast and return journey home.

With this proposal canyoning and mountain bike become activitives that are suitable for everybody, with easy routes for groups that aren’t looking for the usual sporty competition, but at the same time want to live the enjoyable emotions that sport brings. The route takes you through gorges and canyons made by a torrent with spectacular waterfalls. The alternative is a tour on mountain bike which will take you through panoramic tracks until you reach our beautiful lake. This is also suitable for families.

In the blue and... above!


1st day: evening arrival in a 3 star hotel in the Northern part of the lake. Wel-come drink, dinner and overnights stay.

2nd day: after breakfast the group will make their own way to Castelletto di Brenzone. Here the group will meet the instructors of the ‘Italian sailing fe-deration’. During the meeting the group will be briefed on sailing, then will go aboard the fast racing boats “Asso 99”. Each group component will have a role on board and with the help of their skipper the team spirit will ensure ce-lebrations! It will be easy to challenge the other boats and improvise a race.Once finished and back at the harbor, the group will have time to stop in Malcesine for a walk in the historical centre and some free time.Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

3rd day: after a large breakfast the group will go to Arco, a picturesque town above Riva del Garda. After a short walk in the centre, the group will meet our mountain guides and together they will go to the starting point for their excursion on the via ferrata. The vie ferrate are created to facilitate climbing in vertical parts of the walk and with all the necessary security. Today the group will face the “mini ferrata” of Monte Colodri. This excursion is suitable for beginners who can get to know this activity without having to immediately tackle any difficulties.The cross is situated at the top of Monte Colodri and it is easy to reach with this ferrata which is also suitable for children. This path was made in 1981 to facilitate the return of the climbers and to give excursionists the possibility of experiencing the thrill of climbing this wall. From here you can admire the fabulous Valle del Sarca, the Arco castle and the blu Lake. After the descent the group will have some free time to take a walk in Riva del Garda before returning to the hotel. The dinner is expected in a typical local tavern above Riva del Garda.. enjoy a menù from the Trentino region with carne salà, cold meats and cheeses from the region.Return to hotel and overnight stay.

4th day: breakfast and return journey home.

Your first Sailingexperience


1st day: evening arrival in one of our 3* hotels on the lake or surrounding area. Welcome drink. Dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day: after a substantial breakfast you will make your own way to “Castelletto” to join your instructors. Here you will be told the fundamen-tals of sailing then you will board your boats and take to the lake for an approx 2½ hour sail

Riding the waves in complete silence is a magical experience. This will be your introduction to sailing on Lake Garda. As you manouver the ropes your boat will glide through the water gaining speed with each change you make. You’ll really feel in charge and as you return to the harbour the different crews will race each other... may the best team win!!

You will receive a cd and photos of this fantastic experience.

Once you’ve changed out of your sailing gear you willhead for a restaurant where you will eat a meal of locally caught fish typical of the lake before going back to your hotel.

Trekking -Lake Garda


1st day: arrival in the evening in one of our 3 star hotels in the Garda and surround-ing area. Welcome drink, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day – TOUR OF THE “ROCCHE” (HILLS) AND THE BARDOLINO VINE-YARDS (half day)After a rich breakfast the group will meet our guide at the hotel and together they will go to Garda, the lake town which gives it’s name to the biggest lake in Italy. Here be-gins the “tour of the Rocche”, hills that reach 300 metres in altitude, characterised by dense woods. The group will have the possibility to visit the “Eremo of San Giorgio”, an antique monastery which dates back to 1200. To this day there are approxiamtely 10 monks that still live there. (The monks are of the “benedettini camandolesi” order). By walking across a path from the Rocca San Giorgio, the group will reach the “Roc-ca Vecchia”. Here, a long time ago (900 – 1000 d. C.) an antique fortress arose. Due to it’s strategic importance it gave the lake the name “Garda” (which comes from the word Warte, in the antique germanic language this means “observation point”). There are many legends about this hill, that dominates the lake towns of Bardolino and Garda and looks directly onto the lake. It offers one of the most panoramic and beautiful views of the southern part of Lake Garda. Descending the rocca the group arrives in the vineyards that surround Bardolino. Here among the vineyards and olive trees they will encounter old country houses and wine cellars that used to belong to the old villages around here. After a walk of approximately 3 hours the group will stop in one of these cellars, have a snack and taste some of the local wines of the area, before finishing the few easy km that are left to reach the end.Arrival at the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner. Overnight stay

3rd day – PRADA AND MOUNT BALDO SOUTH (full day)After breakfast meet our guide and depart for Prada. Prada is in the southern part of Mount Baldo. A new lift will allow the group to go from the 1000mt of altitude of Prada to the 1500 mt of “Malga Prada”. This is an intermediate point of the lift that is divided into two sections. Here will begin a walk that will last approximately 5 hours and will take the group up to 1850 mt. They will gradually see the changing scenary, from a mediterranean vegetation to an alpine vegetation. Crossing vast

lawns full of daffodils, beeches and pastures, the group will arrive in the “Valle delle Marmotte”, known by this name because of a big colony of marmots that live inside many tunnels. Here we stop and eat a packed lunch in silence. After a while you can easily see the marmots come out of their tunnels to spy on you..After the pause we carry on and arrive at the crest of the mountain, “Costabella” at a height of 1850 mt. From here you can admire a breath taking panoramic view: the lake on one side and Val d’Adige the other. During clear days it is possible to see the Venice lagoon, the major peaks of mountains such as Monte Rosa and Monte Bian-co, further south the Apennine mountains. After having admired the 360 degree view, the descent begins with the chair lift and arrival in Malga Prada (the morning starting point), here the group will be able to taste a rich variety of cold meats and cheeses of Mount Baldo and a bowl of pasta.After lunch the group will complete the descent with the cable car to Prada. Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay

4th day – GARDA/ALBISANO/CRERO (half day)After breakfast the group will leave together with the guide for the third walk of the programme. Starting point “Valle dei Mulini” in Garda. This spectacular valley is crossed by the Gusa Torrent, many years ago it was full of old mills that, fed by the current of the river, was a landmark point for the agricultural activity of the area. Now the old mills have become pictoresque farmhouses. Having gone through the Valle dei Mulini the group will arrive in Marciaga, which houses a golf course with a panoramic view of the southern part of the lake. The group will immediately arrive in the wood of the Val Longa, a wilderness that will take the group to Albisano a village perched approximately 300 mt above the lake town of Torri del Benaco. Here the group will stop for a break in the courtyard of the old church where the view is really spectacular. After this break the group will go through the wood that will take them to Crero. Every so often the wood opens up and the lake water can be seen. Arriving in Crero the group will have earned a lunch that will be held in a tavern with a panoramic view.After lunch the group will arrive at the meeting point with the bus for the return to the hotel in the early afteroon.

We propose a walking programme in the central area of the lake and

it’s beautiful surrounding areas, walking through vineyards and

olive trees. This is a valid alternative to the classical trekking which

usually takes place in the northern part of the lake.


Easy…Mount Baldo


1st day: evening arrival in one of our 3 star hotels in San Zeno di Montagna, which is approx 650 mt altitude and offers a panoramic view of Lake Garda.

During the welcome drink you will receive some information on Mount Baldo. Dinner of typical local food and overnight stay.

2nd day: after a rich breakfast you will meet our guide in the hotel and to-gether you will leave and go to Prada, a journey of approx 15 minutes by bus.

A new cable car will allow you to go from the 1000 mt altitude of Prada up to the 1500 mt of “Malga Prada” here you will find meadows full of narcissus flowers, ‘faggeti’ and pasteurs. You will continue until you get to the ridge of the Baldo which is 1850 mt altitude.

Upon arrival you can admire an amazing view: a part of the lake and a part of the Val d’Adige. In clear days it is also possible to see the Venice Lagoon, the major peaks of mountains such as Mount Rosa and Mount Bianco and in the South the appenines...

After having admired a 360° panorama, you will start the walk along a per-fectly well trodden path which will lead you slightly downhill and that will bring you into contact with Mount Baldos flora and wildlife that distinguish this mountain from all the others. It is possible to find herds of cows grazing in the fields, squirrels, chamois or marmots and a vast variety of birds even buzzards and falcons. If you are lucky you can glimpse golden eagles, which have recently been reintroduced on Mount Baldo.

The multitude of plants go from typical mountain vegetation until slowly de-veloping into mediterranean vegetation as you make your way back down. The flowers are the main features of Mount Baldo: just think that in spring time over sixty species of flowers grow on this mountain!

Easy Sport for all...around the Lake


1st day: arrival of the participants in one of our 3 star hotels situated in the hills of Lake Garda, in or near San Zeno di Montagna, a picturesque town at approx 600 metres above Lake Garda.

Welcome drink. Dinner.

2nd day: after breakfast, the participants will meet our mountain-bike guide. The bicycles will be waiting for you and, after a brief meeting and a double check of the bikes, the tour will begin! The journey will be programmed on the basis of the ability of the participants who will be crossing pine forests and stunning panoramic views on the lake, a fun tour which will take you up and down the hill, through uneven roads and beautiful pathways surrounded by woods.

3rd day: after breakfast, the participants will meet their Nordic Walking in-structor at the hotel. A short briefing on the walking technique and then departure. The tour includes an easy panoramic route, during which the dif-ferent step techniques of Nordic Walking will be experienced. Return to hotel and then departure.

The historic center is rich in Renaissance monuments and the long sandy beach makes it a pleasant seaside resort.The fully equipped 50-meter swimming pool is covered by a balloon during the winter months and hosts several swimming teams. Walkingand lunch in stages

A complete menù in different stages. The stops can be

reached by taking a short walk through the beautiful hills of

Garda and Bardolino.. above the lake and surrounded by

vineyards and olive trees


1st day: evening arrival at your 3 star hotel in the lake Garda area. Welcome drink, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day: after breakfast the group will meet our escort and together they will go to Lazise for a short visit of the town. They will see the “dogana veneta”, the Scaliger Castle and the antique church of San Nicolò (12th century)At the end of the visit the group will make their own way to Costermano (a resort just above Garda), here they will meet our trekking guide and will start their special trek: a complete 3 course menù which is divided into different stages, reachable with a short walk whilst surrounded by nature.The first stop is a short walk on flat roads, at the end of this route the group will have an aperitive in one of the local cellars.. a glass of cool white wine and “bruschette” to accompany it.After this stop, the group will take another short walk through the woods of the “rocche” of Garda, this will take them to one of the most beautiful panoramic spots of the lake, above the Garda gulf and from where they can admire all the Southern part of the lake. Once the group come down this hill they will arrive at the second stop for a bowl of home made pasta and a glass of Bardolino doc wine.To reach the third stage the group will walk through the vineyards of Bardoli-no, an easy downhill walk will take them to a tavern in Garda, here the group will eat a mixed grilled meat meal and have their dessert. At this stop the group can party away after enjoying this great day out, walking though nature and tasting the local specialities of our area.The groups coach will pick the clients up and take them back to the hotel.Dinner and overnight stay.

3rd day: breakfast and return journey home.

Wine & BikePedaling and tasting

An easy and panoramic route of approx. 20 kms riding on a mountain-bike that will take you to the heart of the Bardolino wine and the renowned Lake Garda olive oil areas.

Ready? Set? Go! We depart from the hill of Garda, already in quota, be-cause today the only thing that will rise is our elbows.. And the bikes that we have rented, will not be other than our means of transport to reach the vari-ous tasting points that are waiting for us. After about 5 kms on a dirt road we arrive to the first “pit-stop” for refreshment: bruschetta with Lake Garda olive oil and a couple of glasses of white Garda wine will give us the necessary energy to continue.

Taking off on a hilly trail through woods, vineyards and olive orchards, we pass by some panoramic view points of the lake and 5 kms later we arrive at our second stop: a taste of cold meats accompanied by glasses of red Bardolino wine, according to the best Veneto tradition…

Then we’re off once more immersed in the thick of the vineyards of the Bar-dolino hinterland and in never ending fields planted with vines and olive trees. After several kilometres we stop in an olive orchard where tables and chairs have been set up with another snack: this time of olive pâté tartlets and spar-kling white and chiaretto Bardolino wine.

Back on the road again … Keep going! More vistas, vineyards and profuse olive orchards await us, and after having digested the last snack, real hunger sets in as we arrive at wine cellar. Here we park our bikes which we will not be needing anymore…

We sit down and enjoy our “deserved rest”, tasting cold meats, cheese, and bruschetta… savouring the bouquet of an extra-virgin olive oil and the wines of the area: white, rosè and red, a complete range of the typical wines of the area. All of a sudden we remember that our return is with our bus! So more wine for the road if we can handle it…

Mountainbike orienteering:the group split in teams will receive a map of the area and should collaborate in finding the right route to get to the end terminal. A race where, rather than speed, the team collaboration will be essential to avoid mis-takes in the direction. In fact, in the hills of Bardolino it is easy to get into a small road downhill which, if it not the correct one, may become a steep uphill to get back on the right route ...

Photographic treasure hunt A map of the area and goals to look for and photograph. Equipped with digital cameras, the participants will have to find the targets and document them. A house in ruins, a rare tree, a small church in the country, a particular bottle of wine ... all of this in the list of objectives. On re-turning we will count the pictures and decide the winner


Navigation on a sailing boatJust enough time to figure out how to maneuver the fastest racing boats Asso99 and ready to go! Over the waves and taking advantage of every breath of wind in sight, to win the race against 'fellow rivals'

Jungle Adventure Park:The park is located in San Seno di Montagna, and con-sists of a path suspended on trees in the woods in a panoramic setting. The different paths include bridges, ropes, nets with ropes, pulleys, suspended barrel tun-nels etc..

The instructor on the ground will judge the behavior of the team, giving penalty points if their attitude to the safety is wrong or misses the team spirit.

Free climbingThe rock wall is Marciaga/Costermano . Customers will reach the point of departure and will be welcomed by the instructor who will provide them with safety harness . After a briefing with explanations on climbing tech-niques, the climb will begin. The instructor will judge the use of the technique by the participants.

Treasure hunt in Verona:Customers will meet the guide in Piazza Bra. Divided into teams will receive the first question to be solved. The questions are related to the city of Verona: its his-tory, its monuments, the most characteristic places ... For each correct answer, the teams have to understand in which tavern will have to go to receive the next ques-tion. After finishing the hunt, the ranking of teams will be drawn.
