S.C. was founded in1985, for the purpose of providing quality legal services in an integrated manner to both Mexican and foreign clients. In keeping with this goal, the philosophy of the firm has been to render to our clients professional services aimed at structuring effective solution proposals for their legal needs, all in adherence to standards of professional ethics.

The firm’s headquarters are located in the geographical center of Mexico, in the city of San Luis Potosí, with offices in Mexico City and León; to our customers’ benefit, our professional practice extends nationwide, as we have representatives in the major cities of Mexico.

Currently the firm is composed of twenty attorneys, trained in the best Mexican universities, most of whom have completed their training with graduate studies and are specialists in different fields of law. With a history of over 25 years, we have accumulated broad experience in this field, ranging from the planning of corporate structure to the chartering of business corporations, including the drafting of bylaws, shareholder agreements, and corporate protection for minority partners, when appropriate. We also have vast experience in conducting corporate legal audits and audits for the acquisition and/or sale of companies.

Our service includes internet access to a virtual data room; through the use of a personalized code, executives authorized by our clients may freely and confidentially review the corporate documents, contracts, and other relevant documentation of their companies. From its beginnings, our firm has rendered services to both foreign and Mexican investors in investment and/or joint-venture projects in Mexico. We have professional experience in representing our clients before the National Foreign Investment Commission and the National Regis-ter of Foreign Investment.

We are experts in carrying out all immigration applications submitted to the National Immigration Institute in relation to entry to Mexico and the obtaining of visas and other immigration documents for our clients’ executives and their families.
